Chemical Sewer Pipe Liner System and Method
A method includes removing process waste from a pipe, performing at least one of inserting, pulling, and pushing a fiberglass liner that is impregnated with resin into position within the pipe, at least one of fusing and curing the fiberglass and resin liner in the pipe, and applying at least one coating of an application specific epoxy over a surface of the fiberglass and resin liner in the pipe.
Pipe lining systems and methods of use
Systems and methods for pipe lining systems and methods of use are described. Systems and methods may include a CIPP lateral liner that is inserted into a bladder forming a CIPP liner assembly that can be inserted into a pipe line for a pipe repair. CIPP liner assembly can include a membrane that produces superior results compared to the prior art. A backing ring may be used with these systems and methods.
Pipe replacement system
Pipe replacement devices, and systems are shown. Devices and systems may include jointed cutters and floating cutters to navigate difficult pipe replacement conditions. Devices and systems may also include replacement pipe with pre-installed supply hoses, such as lubricant supply and/or pneumatic supply hoses. Methods of pipe replacement are also described, including splitting old pipe and pulling in new pipe behind the equipment as splitting progresses.
SYSTEM FOR CURING AND/OR INSPECTING A PIPELINE LINING AND METHOD FOR CURING AND/OR INSPECTING A PIPELINE LINING
The invention relates to a system (10) for curing and/or inspecting a pipeline lining (30) positioned in a pipeline (20), the pipeline lining (30) comprising an outer plastics material layer and an inner fiber composite layer, the fiber composite layer comprising a plastics material which is to be cured and/or which is at least partially cured. In accordance with the invention, the system (10) comprises at least one high-frequency unit (40) which comprises at least one microwave-generator unit (41) and at least one microwave-transmitting antenna (42) for curing a plastics material which is to be cured, at least the at least one microwave-transmitting antenna (42) being movable in the pipeline (20) by means of a transporting device (60).
PIPE RENOVATION FILTRATION SYSTEM
A filtration system is used with a pipe repair system, such as a cured-in-place pipe lining system. Before, during, and/or after the repair of the pipe with the pipe lining system, air from inside the pipe is directed into a filtration system. The filtration system removes contaminants, such as VOCs and other harmful gases, particles, and the like, with a filter, and then the filtered air is exhausted from the system. The filter can be a carbon filter or other filter that can remove harmful or hazardous materials and particles from the air prior to exhaust. The air is also sensed to acquire information, such as temperature, pressure, composition, flow, or the like.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING PIPE WITH A REPAIR ASSEMBLY HAVING A LIGHTING ASSEMBLY
A method and apparatus for repairing a pipeline. The apparatus includes a liner assembly made of resin absorbent material. The liner assembly is configured to be impregnated with a light-activated resin. The apparatus also includes a bladder assembly configured to expand to press the main liner member against the interior wall of the pipeline and a lighting assembly configured to provide light at the wavelength which initiates curing of the light-activated resin.
Grouting material delivery and application system
A grouting material delivery and application system for coating the exterior of a collapsed liner with an even distribution of grouting material prior to insertion into a damaged conduit. The apparatus includes a wetout funnel for receiving grouting material to evenly coat the exterior of the liner. The wetout funnel includes opposite walls forming a v-shape with a slot at the bottom of the v-shape and a squeegee disposed at the slot for controlling the coating of grouting material for a uniform covering on the liner as it passes through the wetout funnel. A first ejector pipe having an inflow end and an outflow end for receiving and dispensing grouting material to coat one half of the exterior of the liner. A second ejector pipe having an inflow end and an outflow end for receiving and dispensing grouting material to coat the opposite half of the exterior of the liner.
METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR LINING CONDUITS
Methods, apparatus or equipment and systems for lining conduits, e.g., preferably subterranean pipelines and passageways, such as sewers, with a liner impregnated with a curable resin in order to secure the conduit against ingress or egress of liquids.
Asymmetrical stretch composite for pipe liner
A fibrous material or composite including a plurality of layers joined to one another, for example, by needlepunching, is disclosed. The fibrous composite generally has an asymmetrical stretch profile, such that the fibrous composite is more extensible in the cross-machine direction than in the machine direction. The fibrous composite may find particular use in forming a cure-in-place pipe liner.
