Clamp on seal for water leaks
An apparatus and method for repairing broken, compromised, damaged or cracked conduits is provided. Conduits such as pipes and tubing may bear fluid flows therethrough. Often these conduits are damaged or compromised and begin leaking fluid. A clamp is provided that holds expandable metal securely about the outer circumference of the conduit. The expandable metal may react with any leaking fluid, such as water, thereby expanding and sealing the crack or otherwise seals the compromised conduit in a permanent manner.

MATERIAL FOR LOCATING GAS LEAK, METHOD FOR LOCATING GAS LEAK, MATERIAL FOR REPAIRING GAS LEAK, METHOD FOR REPAIRING GAS LEAK, AND DEVICE FOR REPAIRING GAS LEAK
Provided is a gas leak locating material used for locating a gas leaking position by application thereof at a position suspected to have a gas leak. The gas leak locating material satisfies the following formula: A/B≥21.0, where A represents a viscosity (Pa.Math.s) of the gas leak locating material at 25° C. at a shear rate of 0.1 s.sup.−1 and B represents a viscosity (Pa.Math.s) of the gas leak locating material at 25° C. at a shear rate of 10 s.sup.−1. The gas leak locating material has an elastic modulus E′ of 10 MPa or higher at 50° C. after being cured.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SAMPLING PRESSURE BARRIER OF FLEXIBLE PIPES
The present invention proposes a split clamp (7), typical of trepanning operations in pipes, which allows the intervention with a tool (3) that makes a circular hole in the pipe (1) under analysis, removing layer by layer, until reaching the pressure barrier (2). With this, a sample of the layer of interest is removed to be forwarded for analysis. Such a clamp (7) has means to isolate the pipe (1) from the external environment, introduce the tool (3) and remove the same with the sample, also allowing tightness repair of the pipe (1).

METHOD FOR PACKING FILLER MATERIAL
A method for filling a gap with a filler material, enabling prevention of inflow of the filler material into an air removing tool through its opening before complete removal of air from the gap, and enabling uniform filling of the gap with the filler material. The gap is between an existing conduit and a lining material provided inside the existing conduit. The method includes: inserting an air removing tool into an air removing hole bored through the lining material, and bringing a leading end face of the air removing tool into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the existing conduit; and injecting the filler material into the gap while expelling air from the gap through a leading end of the air removing tool, the air removing tool including, at its leading end, an air removing portion through which air is discharged.

System and method of sealing process leaks
A system and method of sealing leaks in process piping and equipment without process shutdown by providing a clamp having a cavity surrounding a leaking structure, sealant equipment comprising an injection gun to inject a sealant into the clamp cavity, means for pressuring moldable sealant from the gun into the clamp cavity in a staged manner beginning at a point away from the leak site. The preferred sealant comprises a moldable nitrile rubber delayed curing (vulcanizing) formulation or composition molded into shapes for insertion into an injection gun.
