A fluid container (10) for fluid containment. The internal surface of the container body (12) defines a fluid-containment chamber (14), which has at least one fluid inlet and/or outlet port (18). Associated with at least one fluid inlet and/or outlet port (18), there is a fluid-flow control device, having a control body (16) integrally formed with the container body (12) as one piece.
STORAGE VESSEL FOR EXTREMELY LOW TEMPERATURE MATERIAL WITH CRYOGENIC JACKET
A storage vessel for an extremely low temperature material for reducing a vaporization rate by forming a plating layer at an outer surface of a discharge pipe thereof is provided. The storage vessel for an extremely low temperature material includes an inner container configured to store an extremely low temperature material of a liquefied state through a supply pipe in an inner receiving space; an outer container installed at a separated space at the outside of the inner container and having a vacuum port configured to enable the separated space to be a vacuum state; and a heat insulating member installed in a vacuum region between the inner container and the outer container to block a heat from being transferred to the inner container, wherein a discharge pipe connected to an outlet of the inner container and configured to vaporize and discharge an extremely low temperature material is disposed between the inner container and the outer container, and at an outer surface of the discharge pipe, a thermally conductive layer coated with a highly conductive material having high thermal conductivity is formed. By a such a configuration, a heat applied to an outer container can be effectively blocked from being transferred to an inner container for storing an extremely low temperature material, and by reducing a vaporization rate of the extremely low temperature material by increasing a heat transfer area of a discharge pipe, a loss rate according to vaporization of the extremely low temperature material can be reduced and a separate cheap auxiliary extremely low temperature material in addition to the extremely low temperature material can be subsidiarily used for fuel or industrial use.
PRESSURE VESSEL
It concerns the invention of a pressure vessel (VP) which can be assembled from individual parts, and basically comprises: a plurality of wall modules (MP), at least one connection module (MC) for pipes or sensors, and closing modules (MF) that can be chosen from: have equal configuration and have different configurations. All of the modules have bores (105) distributed radially on their flat surfaces (101) and these bores (105) are distributed between a hollow drill (1051) with a seat (1151) and a torque screw bored (1052) (106) inserted therein attach a module to another adjacent module, with a sealing ring (104) therebetween.
Safety arrangement for a vehicle tank
A safety arrangement for a DME fuel tank of a vehicle, adapted to release an excessive pressure from the fuel tank, including a spring-loaded pressure release valve adapted to open at a predefined pressure level, where the safety arrangement further includes a housing mounted on the fuel tank and having an outer opening closed by a lid, where the pressure release valve is arranged in the housing and where the housing is provided with an outlet pipe having an outlet opening, and where the lid is adapted to melt at a predefined temperature, thereby allowing gas to exit the pressure release valve through the outer opening of the housing when the pressure release valve is open and the lid has melted. A small gas leakage caused by an excessive pressure can be discharged downwards through the outlet pipe and outlet opening towards the ground, and a large gas leakage, caused by e.g. a fire, can be discharged outwards from the fuel tank, away from the fire.
PRESSURIZED GAS CONTAINER
Provided a multi-layered pressurized gas container, for example one containing carbon dioxide for use in a device or system for the preparation of a carbonated drink, and processes for its manufacture.
PRECAST AND PRESTRESSED CONCRETE TANK WITH TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION OPENING
A precast, prestressed concrete tank and method that facilitates construction of a primary inner tank within a secondary outer tank, and which permits for the construction of the primary inner tank after the secondary outer tank has been erected, but without requiring insertion through a top of the secondary outer tank, or by tunneling underneath the secondary outer tank, is disclosed. The primary inner tank has an inner wall and the secondary outer tank has an outer wall (precast, prestressed concrete) and wire windings. The primary inner tank is disposed inside of the secondary outer tank. The secondary outer tank has a plurality of first precast outer wall panels, and a temporary construction opening frame. The temporary construction opening frame defines an access doorway during construction of the tank. The temporary construction opening frame is disposed on a foundation base slab.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL LAYOUTLAYOUT METHOD FOR SPLICING VAULT PLATES OF LARGE LNG STORAGE TANK
Method of constructing a vault of a large storage tank for liquefied natural gas by first modeling the vault with a 3-D modeling software application, then partially building the vault with a framework and a first set of covering panels fixed on the framework where the panels do not touch each other, but leave a number of gaps between them, measuring the dimensions of the actual gaps between the panels using a 3-D scanner, producing a second set of panels according to the scanned dimensional data, and finally filled the gaps between the first set of panels with the second set of panels, which are much smaller than the first set of panels, making the building process earlier and more accurate, which are difficult issues in building large tanks for liquefied natural gas.
Fuel gas storage tank and method of filling the same
A fuel gas storage tank is disclosed that can store fuel gas, such as natural gas or hydrogen, in a solid state. The fuel gas storage tank includes a shell having a tank interior, a fuel gas storage material housed within the tank interior, one or more fuel gas injecting tubes, and one or more fuel gas collecting tubes. Each of the fuel gas injecting tube(s) and the fuel gas collecting tube(s) is permeable to fuel gas and is disposed in the tank interior and surrounded by the fuel gas storage material. And, within the tank interior, the one or more fuel gas injecting tubes and the one or more fuel gas collecting tubes are not directly connected to one another.
FLUID STORAGE
A method and apparatus for storing at least one fluid, and a flexible fluid storage pipe are disclosed. The method comprises: via a production device, providing a desired quantity of at least one fluid to be stored; transporting the quantity of fluid from the production device into at least one flexible pipe member via at least one fluid import region of the flexible pipe member, the flexible pipe member being windable around a spool element and comprising an inner fluid retaining layer that defines a bore region of the flexible pipe member, an outer sheath disposed over and coaxial with the inner fluid retaining layer and at least one composite reinforcement layer comprising helically wound fibre reinforced thermoplastic tapes that is disposed between the inner fluid retaining layer and the outer sheath; closing the fluid import region of the flexible pipe member to thereby retain the quantity of fluid in the bore region of the flexible pipe member; and storing the quantity of fluid at a first pressure in the bore region.
