HYDROGEN PRESSURE VESSEL
20210348724 · 2021-11-11 ·

A hydrogen pressure vessel capable of preventing hydrogen-induced cracking of a cylinder is provided. In a hydrogen pressure vessel according to one embodiment, a gap part (G) in which an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder (10) is spaced apart from an outer peripheral surface of a lid (20) is provided between a female thread part (10a) of the cylinder (10) into which the lid (20) is screwed, and a resin seal member (30), and the cylinder (10) includes a first through hole (41) for discharging gas in the gap part (G) into a relief pipe (51) and a second through hole (42) for introducing gas containing oxygen into the gap part (G) formed therein.

Pressure containing/relieving cap for a liquified natural gas receptacle

A cap for closing an opening of a receptacle such as for a liquefied natural gas container. The cap includes a main body and a sealing surface for sealing the opening of the receptacle. A lock/release mechanism is provided to lock the cap onto the receptacle, or enable the cap to be removed from the receptacle. A relief valve of the cap is activatable to relieve pressure within the receptacle. A grip overlies the main body and a relief valve actuator, enabling a user to activate the relief valve via the grip. The cap is configured to relieve pressure in a first stage of removal, and then unlock from the receptacle in a second stage of removal. A catch and secondary pressure relief features are provided to control removal of the cap. Magnets may be provided for proximity sensors to indicate proper closure of the cap on the receptacle.

Sealing mechanism of pressure vessel

Main technical features of a sealing mechanism of a pressure vessel provided by the invention are a sealing unit for airtightly combining with the vessel, and a combination unit for positioning the sealing unit in the airtight combination state, and there are common structures disposed between constituent elements of the sealing unit and the combination unit, so that the sealing unit and the combination unit can be combined with each other in order to facilitate use and storage and to avoid losing or missing parts.

FLEXIBLE CONNECTION DEVICE OF HYDROGEN HIGH-PRESSURE TYPE IV CYLINDER AND A CONTAINER FRAME
20230375141 · 2023-11-23 ·

A flexible connection device of a Type IV cylinder and a container frame, comprising a damping block, an anti-rotation block, a bushing, upper and lower clamping blocks (43, 44), and the like. The damping block cooperates with the anti-rotation block to flexibly control the circumferential rotation of the Type IV cylinder; and the bushing is combined with the upper and lower clamping blocks (43, 44) to limit the axial motion of the Type IV cylinder. For the feature that the interface of a boss and a plastic liner/composite overwrap is prone to premature failure, by allowing axial movement of one end of the Type IV cylinder in the container within a small range, a binding force borne by the cylinder during expansion/contraction is released, and the damping block is squeezed to consume energy.

A pressure container includes a liner filled with gas inside, a reinforcement layer that is formed in contact with the outer surface of the liner by using a fiber reinforced resin and covers the liner from the outside, and a cap attached to the liner. The cap is formed into an annular shape, and includes a plurality of cap bodies that have engagement portions projecting toward the reinforcement layer and are arranged with intervals in a circumferential direction, and bridge portions that connect, in the circumferential direction, the cap bodies adjacent in the circumferential direction. The cap is attached to the liner in a state in which the bridge portions are deformed and the engagement portions of the plurality of cap bodies are engaged with the reinforcement layer.
