LOW-EMISSION NOZZLE AND RECEPTACLE COUPLING FOR CRYOGENIC FLUID
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for a low-emission nozzle and receptacle coupling for cryogenic fluid. An example nozzle includes a body defining a chamber through which cryogenic fluid is to flow. The body includes an outer shell that includes an outer shell surface. The nozzle includes a locking assembly configured to securely couple the nozzle to a receptacle. The locking assembly includes an inner sleeve fixedly coupled to the outer shell surface and an outer sleeve extending over and rotatably coupled to the inner sleeve. One or more locking teeth are fixedly coupled to the outer sleeve and configured to be slidably received by respective one or more coupling slots of the receptacle. The one or more locking teeth are configured to rotatably slide within the respective one or more coupling slots to couple the nozzle to the receptacle as the outer sleeve rotates relative to the inner sleeve.
High-pressure gas cylinder gasket automatic replacement device
Disclosed is a high-pressure gas cylinder automatic replacement device, including: a holder fixedly provided on a main plate to be positioned at one side of a connector holder of a high-pressure gas cylinder connection unit; a movable member rotatably provided at the holder; a two-stage actuator provided at the holder such that rods thereof are respectively connected to the movable member and a bracket fixed to the main plate; a docking actuator enabling the movable member to move from the holder towards the connector holder side or vice versa; a gasket removal cartridge provided at the movable member to automatically remove used gaskets from the connector holder and to accommodate the same in turn; and a gasket insertion cartridge provided at the movable member positioned at the upper portion of the gasket removal cartridge to insert a new gasket accommodated therein into the connector holder.
PACKAGING DEVICE, ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE AND A CONTAINER, USE THEREOF AND A METHOD FOR FILLING OR WITHDRAWING
A conditioning device for engaging with a filling and/or tapping connector of a pressurized-fluid container cock, including a body bearing at least one coupling member arranged about a longitudinal axis, a locking member which is movable with respect to the body and with respect to the coupling member, a valve pusher which is movable in a gas transfer duct, and a blocking member, wherein the upstream face of the blocking member includes a tightness seal arranged about the longitudinal axis to form sealing between the gas transfer duct and an internal circuit of a filling connector.
MULTI-RECEPTACLE FUEL FILLING AND STORAGE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
The present disclosure generally relates to a multiple receptacle fuel filling and storage system in a vehicle and/or powertrain, and a method of using the same.
PRESSURIZED FLUID STORAGE AND DISPENSING ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
The invention relates to a pressurized fluid storage and dispensing assembly (1) for a vehicle, comprising: a plurality of pressurized fluid reservoirs (3), each reservoir (3) comprising a first end piece (13) provided with at least one fluid passage duct configured for dispensing fluid from the reservoir (3) and for filling the reservoir (3), a use collector duct (5) which comprises an opening (19) for supplying and/or dispensing fluid and a plurality of orifices, each orifice being configured to be fluidically connected to a reservoir (3) via its fluid passage duct, and an electrically operated valve (7) which is arranged at one end of the use collector duct (5) and selectively closes or opens the fluid passage through the opening (19).
The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising such a storage and dispensing assembly (1).
Indoor safety device, a liquefied fuel gas system and a vehicle
The invention relates to an indoor safety device for a liquefied fuel gas system, the system comprising a storage device storing liquefied fuel gas; a vent member arranged in fluid communication with the gas inside the storage device; and a safety valve arranged to evacuate gas when the pressure inside the storage device exceeds a predetermined first value, the safety device comprising: a vent coupling; a pressure relief valve arranged downstream of the vent coupling; and a conduit for conveying gas, adapted to be connected to the pressure relief valve, the safety device being removably connected to the system by connecting the vent coupling to the vent member, wherein the pressure relief valve is configured to release gas when the pressure inside the storage device exceeds a predetermined second value, lower than the first value.
HYDROGEN GAS FILLING DEVICE
An emergency breakaway coupling, which is a disconnect coupling, is configured such that a first coupler and a second coupler thereof are connected under normal conditions and the first coupler and the second coupler are disconnected during an emergency. A disconnect detecting device includes a detecting piece and a moving piece that are arranged in the emergency breakaway coupling. The disconnect detecting device detects the disconnect of the emergency breakaway coupling due to the movement of the moving piece from the detecting piece. The detecting piece and the moving piece are arranged in the emergency breakaway coupling such that a moving direction O2-O2 of the moving piece moving from the detecting piece is in parallel with a disconnecting direction O1-O1 of the first coupler disconnecting from the second coupler.
