HYDROGEN FUEL FILLING SYSTEM AND HYDROGEN FUEL FILLING METHOD
According to one aspect of the present invention, a hydrogen fuel filling system includes a first flow passage through which hydrogen fuel supplied from a pressure accumulator that accumulates hydrogen fuel under pressure passes; a second flow passage through which hydrogen fuel supplied from the pressure accumulator passes, and which is arranged in parallel with the first flow passage; a switching valve that switches flow passages selectively from one of the first and second flow passages to another, or that switches flow passages between one and both of the first and second flow passages; and a control circuit that controls opening/closing of the switching valve, wherein a fuel cell vehicle using hydrogen fuel as a power source is filled with hydrogen fuel while switching the flow passages by the switching valve during supply from the pressure accumulator.
Tank filling system and method
A Venturi filling system having a first filling coupler configured to be coupled to a first set of fittings disposed at a first tank end of a tank; a second filling coupler configured to be coupled to a second set of fittings disposed at a second tank end of the tank; and a Venturi assembly that includes: a Venturi mixing chamber, the Venturi mixing chamber communicating with the first filling coupler; a Venturi nozzle configured to introduce a first flow of fluid from a fluid source to the Venturi mixing chamber of the Venturi assembly; and an suction inlet communicating with the second filling coupler and coupled with the Venturi chamber and configured to receive a second flow of fluid originates from the second filling coupler such that the second flow of fluid flows into the Venturi chamber and mixes with the first fluid flow within the Venturi mixing chamber.

A gas supply system (2) includes a compressor unit (21), an accumulator unit (23), a pre-cooling system (24) and a housing (4). In the gas supply system (2), the compressor unit (21) is vertically arranged and the pre-cooling system (24) is arranged above the accumulator unit (23) in the housing (4). The compressor unit (21) and the accumulator unit (23) are covered by one rectangular parallelepiped housing (4).
Process for refilling a gas tank and gas supply system
A process for filling a gas tank made from a gas tank material with gas is provided, which process comprises the following steps: a) setting (S10) a nominal gas filling rate such that the tank is substantially completely filled within a predetermined filling time from a predetermined initial gas pressure value, b) determining (S20), assuming hot case tank conditions, a maximum mass-averaged gas filling temperature that will be reached at the end of the filling process, when filling the gas tank for the predetermined filling time with the nominal gas filling rate, c) selecting (S30) a target gas filling temperature not greater than the maximum mass-averaged gas filling temperature, d) cooling (S40) the gas to be supplied to the gas tank to the target gas filling temperature, e) starting the supply of gas to the gas tank, f) determining (S50) the actual mass-averaged gas filling temperature of the gas supplied to the tank, g) estimating (S60) an end-of-fill gas pressure from the actual mass-averaged gas filling temperature assuming cold case tank conditions, and h) terminating (S70) the supply of gas to the gas tank when the actual pressure of the gas tank is equal to the lower of the end-of-fill gas pressure and a maximum final fill pressure.
Method for supplying cryogenic liquid, and facility for implementing said method
This method for dispensing cryogenic liquid includes the following steps: connecting, in a sealtight manner, a fuel tank (2) to be filled to a storage tank, dispensing cryogenic liquid to the fuel tank (2) and determining firstly the flow of liquid being dispensed and the amount of liquid dispensed, and secondly the pressure prevailing in the fuel tank (2), stopping the dispensing of the liquid when the pressure exceeds a first predetermined threshold or else when the flow of liquid drops below a second predetermined threshold, degassing the fuel tank (2) after stopping the dispensing, while determining the amount of gas removed from the fuel tank (2) during the degassing, and determining whether or not liquid should be dispensed again on the basis of the amount of gas removed during the degassing.
LOW-COST CNG HOME FUEL STATION
A home-based, low-cost, self-contained, fast-fill natural gas refueling station for providing compress natural gas (CNG) fuel for motor vehicles. The station compresses utility supplied natural gas and stores the CNG in a CNG storage facility located inside the station. In preferred embodiments the refueling station is located adjacent to a driveway at a home. The compressor preferably is a multi-stage gas compressor having at least three stages of compression. Applicant estimates that savings based today prices for CNG as compared to gasoline, a typical family with only one car could pay for the station in three years. If the family has several cars the station could pay for itself much earlier.
STORAGE TANK WITH PRESSURE ACTUATED FILL TERMINATION ASSEMBLY
Gas pressure actuated fill termination valves for cryogenic liquid storage tanks and storage tanks containing the same.

Automatic gas cylinder filling system and operating instructions
The disclosure discloses an automatic gas cylinder filling device and an operating method thereof, includes a stand, an electronic scale, a PLC control unit, and a vacuum pump installed on an inner bottom plate of the stand. One side of the stand is provided with an 8-bottle gas cylinder rotating and weighing mechanism, a gas cylinder fixing mechanism, a gas cylinder filling fixture, a lifting frame and a bottle valve hand wheel switch mechanism that are arranged in sequence from bottom to top. The electronic scale is located below the 8-bottle gas cylinder rotating and weighing mechanism. The disclosure is used for filling gas cylinders, wherein the weighing, the fixing of the bottle valve and the rotation of the hand wheel are all automatically controlled and operated by the PLC control unit, and there is no need for operator to stay with the facility. The operation can be completed through operating the PLC control unit in the operation room, thereby preventing the filling personnel from being exposed to danger and harmed during the gas filling process. Meanwhile, the gas filling efficiency is greatly improved, the accuracy of the weighing is also ensured, and the proportion of each gas is highly accurate.
