Station for filling one or more tank(s) with pressurized gas, in particular pressurized hydrogen, comprising at least two pressurized gas source stores, a transfer pipe having an upstream end connected parallel to the source stores and a downstream end intended to be connected to a tank to be filled, the station comprising a valve assembly for controlling the transfer of gas between the sources and the tank to be filled and an electronic controller connected to the valve assembly and configured to control the valve assembly, the electronic controller being configured to implement successive transfers of gas between the source stores and the tank to be filled via successive pressure balancing sequences, the electronic controller being configured to determine the temperature attained by the gas in the source stores or by the source stores during transfers of gas and, when said attained temperature is below a determined threshold, to prevent or to interrupt this transfer of gas or to reduce the flow of gas transferred during said transfer.
METHOD FOR PREPARING A HYDROGEN TANK COMPRISING A SEALING LAYER AND A BASE
Method for preparing a hydrogen tank including at least one sealing layer of a composition including at least one polyamide P1, and at least one base in order to provide the tank with at least one opening, wherein the method includes: providing of at least one base, the at least one base being covered by at least one layer of a composition including at least one adhesion primer; preparing the at least one sealing layer; fastening the at least one base to the at least one sealing layer.
CORNER STRUCTURE OF LIQUEFIED GAS STORAGE TANK
Disclosed is a corner structure of a liquefied gas storage tank, wherein the corner structure is installed at a corner of the storage tank for storing liquefied gas to support sealing walls. The corner structure includes: a stationary member secured to an inner surface of a hull structure wall; a movable member disposed on the stationary member such that the sealing walls are joined thereto; and an insulating member interposed between the sealing walls and the hull structure wall. The stationary member includes a stationary member body bent at a curved portion thereof in an opposite direction to the movable member, and the movable member includes a movable member body bent at a bent portion thereof in an opposite direction to the stationary member. The stationary member and the movable member are coupled to each other by a fastening member that penetrates the curved portion and the bent portion.
High-pressure gas cylinder gasket automatic replacement device
Disclosed is a high-pressure gas cylinder automatic replacement device, including: a holder fixedly provided on a main plate to be positioned at one side of a connector holder of a high-pressure gas cylinder connection unit; a movable member rotatably provided at the holder; a two-stage actuator provided at the holder such that rods thereof are respectively connected to the movable member and a bracket fixed to the main plate; a docking actuator enabling the movable member to move from the holder towards the connector holder side or vice versa; a gasket removal cartridge provided at the movable member to automatically remove used gaskets from the connector holder and to accommodate the same in turn; and a gasket insertion cartridge provided at the movable member positioned at the upper portion of the gasket removal cartridge to insert a new gasket accommodated therein into the connector holder.
Cryogenic fluid storage tank and method for filling same
The invention relates to a tank for storing a cryogenic mixture of liquid and gas, comprising a first casing, a draw-off pipe for drawing off fluid, which has an upstream end connected to said first casing, a filling circuit comprising a first filling pipe with an upstream end to be connected to a fluid source and a downstream end connected to the lower portion of the first casing, said filling circuit comprising a second filling pipe connected to the fluid source and a downstream end connected to the upper portion of the first casing, wherein the upstream ends of said first and second filling pipes are designed to be connected to the same fluid source simultaneously, and a distribution valve assembly which is configured to allow distribution of the fluid in said filling pipes, wherein the tank comprises a sensor assembly which measures the pressure in the first casing, said distribution valve assembly being configured to automatically adjust the pressure in the first casing, during filling, to a predetermined pressure setpoint (Pc) by means of the automatic distribution of the flow rate of fluid from the source in the filling pipes, depending on the pressure setpoint (Pc) and the pressure measured by the sensor assembly.
PRECAST, PRESTRESSED CONCRETE CRYOGENIC TANKS - SLIDING BASE INSULATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FULL AND DOUBLE CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS
A storage system is provided that includes a primary container, a first insulation layer, a secondary container, a secondary bottom, and a second insulation layer. The primary container has a primary bottom. The first insulation layer is disposed below the primary bottom. The secondary bottom is disposed below the first insulation layer and the secondary container. The secondary bottom has an expansion joint configured to permit the secondary bottom to expand and/or contract independently from the secondary container. The second insulation layer is disposed below the secondary bottom. In the event of LNG leaking from the primary container, the second insulation layer is protected from LNG contact by the secondary bottom. The carbon steel liner located on the outside face of the concrete wall remains vapor tight and liquid tight in the event of any amount of LNG leaking from the primary container.
