A scrubber tank is supported by the frame and fluidly connected to the top of the vessel to receive vapors from the vessel in a way that when a vapor absorption material is disposed in the scrubber tank, the vapors pass into the vapor absorption material.
Cryogenic fluid storage tank
Cryogenic fluid storage tank comprising a pipe for drawing off vaporized gas, which pipe is connected to a first casing and comprises a vaporizer and at least one control valve, a first filling pipe connected to the lower portion of the first casing, a second pipe for filling a downstream end connected to the upper portion of the first casing, a distribution valve assembly configured to enable distribution of the fluid from the fluid source in the filling pipes, a pressurization pipe connected to the lower end of the first casing and a second end connected to the upper portion of the first casing and at least one control valve and a heater, the tank further comprising an air vent regulator, the valve assembly for distribution in the filling circuit, the valve for controlling the pressurization pipe, the valve for controlling the drawing-off circuit and the air vent regulator being integrated into the same valve module, which shares at least one valve element.
Pressure vessel system for a motor vehicle
A pressure vessel system for a motor vehicle has at least one pressure vessel, to which an extraction line is connected. The extraction line has a connection point, to which a connection line leading to a consumer is connected. The connection point of the extraction line includes a first coupling part of a quick coupling, to which a second coupling part of the quick coupling, arranged on the connection line, is connected. The first coupling part has a non-return valve, which closes the extraction line when the second coupling part is decoupled.
Pressurized-Container Arrangement
A pressure container arrangement includes a plurality of pressure containers, a number of safety valves, and a number of connection lines. The plurality of pressure containers are connected in fluid terms by the number of connection lines. At least one of the number of safety valves is disposed between a respective two of the plurality of pressure containers which are connected to each other. The number of safety valves are constructed to close from a predetermined maximum throughflow and/or from a predetermined maximum pressure difference.
Pressurized gas tank
A tank for pressurized gas, such as hydrogen, comprises a structure, a base, a sealing jacket and a ring. The structure has a substantially cylindrical shape along an axis and includes at least one axial opening along the axis. The base is able to be positioned in said opening and comprises, on the inner side, a housing of revolution about the axis and a first fastener, and is pierced with at least one through pipe that is axial along the axis. The sealing jacket is flexible and tight, and is to cover the inner wall of the structure and comprises a neck able to be received in the housing. The ring is substantially of revolution about the axis, and comprises a second fastener able to cooperate with the first fastener in order to assemble the ring with the base, on the inner side, by bringing the ring closer to the base along the axis, so as to progressively press the neck between the ring and the base. The ring comes closer to the base following a movement parallel to the axis from the inside of the tank toward the outside. and A face of the housing opposite the neck and a face of the ring opposite the neck have a small taper.
High pressure vessel
A high-pressure container includes a cylinder composed of plastic, at least one half-shell composed of plastic, a substantially rotationally symmetrical insert as a boss member, and a sleeve. The cylinder is to serve as a centre member, while the at least one half-shell is at an axial end of the cylinder. The insert as a boss member, the insert having a foot member at an end thereof facing the container interior. The foot member is embedded in the plastic of the half-shell to substantially form a hollow cone or hollow cylinder. The sleeve is pressed into the inner circumference of the foot member at least in a pressing portion of the sleeve. The plastic of the half-shell is arranged between the sleeve and an inner circumference of the foot member so that in a pressing portion, a thin plastic layer of the plastic of the half-shell is pressed between the sleeve and the inner circumference of the foot member.
PRESSURE VESSEL AND VEHICLE
Provided are a pressure vessel and a vehicle. The pressure vessel includes a casing, a cylinder valve, a valve seat and an inner liner, the casing has a storage space, the casing has a communication channel communicating the storage space with an outside, the cylinder valve is disposed at the communication channel and configured to adjust an opening degree of the communication channel, the valve seat is at least partially supported between the cylinder valve, the inner liner is disposed on an inner wall surface of the casing, the cylinder valve extends out of the inner liner, the inner liner includes a fitting portion adapted to surround and be attached on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder valve, and a limiting portion is provided on an inner wall surface of the valve seat and adapted to be attached on and stop the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder valve.
Self-sealing valve connection for pressure vessels
A pressure vessel is disclosed having an inner vessel made of an inner-vessel material and an outer layer applied thereon as well as a valve-connection piece with a two-part sealing cone and outer piece, the sealing cone being positioned on an inner face of a protrusion of the inner vessel and the outer piece for generating a sealing pressure being positioned between the two-part sealing cone, the protrusion and the outer piece on an outer face of the protrusion. The outer piece includes a suitably shaped groove having a first and a second edge for receiving a sealing ring that seals under the sealing pressure, wherein the groove and the sealing ring are dimensioned such that, under the sealing pressure and due to the plastic deformability, first and second sealing beads project at least into two gaps between the sealing ring and form the first and second edge.
FUEL SYSTEM MOUNTABLE TO A VEHICLE FRAME
A system for powering a vehicle is provided. The system can include an engine or power generation system to be powered by a fuel and a housing. The housing can be configured to couple to one or more frame rails of the vehicle, receive and protect a cylinder configured to store the fuel to be used by the engine or power generation system.
