FUEL SYSTEM MOUNTABLE TO A VEHICLE FRAME
A system for powering a vehicle is provided. The system can include an engine or power generation system to be powered by a fuel and a housing. The housing can be configured to couple to one or more frame rails of the vehicle, receive and protect a cylinder configured to store the fuel to be used by the engine or power generation system. The housing can have one or more access panels allowing access to an interior of the housing. The cylinder can include a first end portion, a second end portion, a central body forming an enclosed cavity for storing pressurized gas, a reinforcement structure disposed over the central body, and a metal foil interposed between the reinforcement structure and central body. The metal foil can be configured to reduce permeation of contents of the cylinder.
Sensor Mounting System
A sensor mounting assembly is configured for use with a vessel arrangement including at least four vessels. The assembly includes first and second elongated frame members, first and second rollers, and first and second sensors. The first sensor is attached to the first elongated frame member and is configured to contact the surface of the first vessel upon actuation in a first direction. The second sensor is attached to the second elongated frame member and is configured to contact the surface of the second vessel upon actuation in a second direction that is substantially orthogonal to the first direction. This disclosure also describes a method of mounting at least six sensors for use with a vessel arrangement including at least four vessels, the vessel arrangement disposed in a container in a two-by-two stacked configuration having a central space.
Sensor mounting system
A sensor mounting assembly is configured for use with a vessel arrangement including at least four vessels. The assembly includes first and second elongated frame members, first and second rollers, and first and second sensors. The first sensor is attached to the first elongated frame member and is configured to contact the surface of the first vessel upon actuation in a first direction. The second sensor is attached to the second elongated frame member and is configured to contact the surface of the second vessel upon actuation in a second direction that is substantially orthogonal to the first direction. This disclosure also describes a method of mounting at least six sensors for use with a vessel arrangement including at least four vessels, the vessel arrangement disposed in a container in a two-by-two stacked configuration having a central space.
Gas Supply Refueling Facility
A gas supply marine vessel and a refueling facility are described. The gas supply marine vessel includes a hull with an upper deck having an elongated cargo cavity formed therein. Gas interface modules are disposed in the cavity and extend between hull sides, each module having a plurality of fuel vessel docking stations. A plurality of stacked fuel container assemblies are fluidically coupled to the docking stations. A gantry, is movable along the length of the cavity, straddles the cargo cavity between hull sides. An articulating crane is mounted on the gantry and it utilized to move fuel container assemblies to a fuel container depression formed in the deck of a floating refueling facility. The floating refueling facility includes a concave side to facilitate mooring adjacent a shoreline, the concave side forming angled extensions at corners of the deck with a linkspan extending from each of the angled extensions.
METHOD FOR MANAGING THE HYDROGEN SUPPLY OF VEHICLES
The method for managing the supply of hydrogen to moving vehicles (1) from hydrogen distributed by distribution stations (7) comprises at least the following steps: a) collecting, by at least two sensors (2, 3) on board a vehicle (1), at least two parameters relating to the vehicle (1) during its movement, including at least the location of the vehicle, b) transmitting these parameters to a control module (5), c) collecting, by at least one sensor (12), at least one parameter relating to the hydrogen available in a distribution station (7), d) transmitting this parameter to the control module (5), e) identifying at least one hydrogen distribution station (7) while the vehicle (1) is moving, f) informing the user of the vehicle (1) of the available hydrogen distribution stations (7) and of the hydrogen supply conditions in the identified distribution stations.

POLYMERIC LINER BASED GAS CYLINDER WITH REDUCED PERMEABILITY
Disclosed are gas cylinder assemblies for containing pressurized gas. The gas cylinder assembly has a polymeric liner and a low-permeability barrier layer. The polymeric liner a first end portion, a second end portion and a central body. The central body comprises an outer surface and an inner surface disposed between the first end and the second end. The gas cylinder assembly comprises a reinforcement structure wound over the central body. The gas cylinder assembly further comprises a metal foil interposed between the reinforcement structure and central body. The metal foil is configured to reduce permeation of contents of the polymeric liner.
Gas Supply Refueling Facility
A gas supply marine vessel and a refueling facility are described. The gas supply marine vessel includes a hull with an upper deck having an elongated cargo cavity formed therein. Gas interface modules are disposed in the cavity and extend between hull sides, each module having a plurality of fuel vessel docking stations. A plurality of stacked fuel container assemblies are fluidically coupled to the docking stations. A gantry, is movable along the length of the cavity, straddles the cargo cavity between hull sides. According to the present invention, a ship including a gas re-vaporizing system including a re-vaporizing apparatus, which re-vaporizes liquefied gas through seawater supplied by a seawater supply apparatus, supplies a fluid inside a seawater storage tank, which maintains pressure of seawater flowing in a circulation connection line, to the circulation connection line, in order to implement the switch of an operation mode of the seawater supply apparatus from an open loop mode to a close loop mode non-stop.
Cold-box system and apparatus for power management aboard ships
A cold-box system includes a bulk gas tank, and a plurality of cold-box compartments operationally associated with the bulk gas tank. A cold-box apparatus includes a plurality of cold-box compartments operationally associated with a bulk gas tank. In one embodiment the cold-box compartments may be spaced apart from the tank aboard a waterborne platform. The system and apparatus provide redundancy regarding power aboard ship for the bulk gas tank.
