Kit and method for a lamp module assembly and a support element
A support element for a lamp module adapted to precisely accommodate at least one part of the lamp module that comprises an alignment member of the part, wherein the support element comprises at least one alignment member of the element, wherein the alignment member of the part forms, with the alignment member of the element, a pair of specially shaped complementary alignment members adapted to define the relative position of the support element and the given part by tightly fitting a protrusion on one member of the pair into a gap on the other member of the same pair. Furthermore, the object of the invention is a lamp module comprising the support element and a method of lamp module assembly on such a support element.
ILLUMINATION UNIT
An illumination unit includes: a substrate to which a first light-emitting element is mounted; a bus bar that is in contact with the substrate by sandwiching the substrate and is connected to a connector; a housing that holds the substrate and the bus bar and can be fitted to the connector; and a case that is attached to the housing so as to cover the substrate and can output light of the first light-emitting element to the outside.
LIGHT SOURCE MODULE AND LIGHTING DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A light source module includes a frame comprising base portions disposed on different levels, respectively, and an electrode pattern disposed on the base portions. The light source module further includes light emitting portions detachably disposed on the respective base portions, and connections having elasticity, disposed between the respective light emitting portions and the frame, and configured to supply power to the light emitting portions through the electrode pattern.
LIGHT MODULE FASTENING ASSEMBLY
A vehicle headlight assembly includes a plurality of snap wedge assemblies with at least one of the snap wedge assemblies including a ball stud configured for engagement with a light module and an insert coupled with the ball stud, the insert including a plurality of wedges and a plurality of snap fingers. The assembly further includes a plurality of carrier receptacles for matingly receiving and securing the snap wedge assemblies.
