VEHICLE HEADLAMP DEVICE
A vehicle headlamp device to be applied to a vehicle includes a light source and a lens. The light source configured to emit illumination light. The illumination light is to pass through the lens. The lens includes an illumination light converging portion configured to, when a part of the illumination light passes through the illumination light converging portion, converge the part of the illumination light. The illumination light converging portion is provided in a region through which high-beam illumination light emitted from the light source passes. The illumination light converged by the illumination light converging portion is used as marking light at an optical axis adjustment that is performed during manufacturing of the vehicle.

VEHICLE HEADLAMP DEVICE
A vehicle headlamp device to be applied to a vehicle includes a light source, a lens, and a controller. The light source is configured to emit light. Light emitted from the light source is to pass through the lens. The controller is configured to control light distribution patterns for the light. The light distribution patterns include at least a first light distribution pattern and a second light distribution pattern. The first light distribution pattern illuminates an area ahead of the vehicle during running of the vehicle. The second light distribution pattern is projected as a marking at an optical axis adjustment that is performed during manufacturing of the vehicle. The controller causes a part of the light source to emit light so that the second light distribution pattern is formed.

Light source support with a referencing element extending along two axes
The present invention relates to a support for a light source of a lighting device of a motor vehicle, including a zone for positioning the light source, referencing elements with respect to three given mutually transverse axes, one of the referencing elements, termed a referencing element with two portions, a first portion extending along or parallel to a first axis of the three given axes, and a second portion extending transversely relative to this first given axis.
Headlight for vehicles
A headlight for vehicles, with a light source, a reflector arrangement containing at least one reflector module, a first reflector, which has a reflector surface having a first focal point and a second focal point, the light source being arranged at the first focal point, and a second reflector, which has a reflector surface having a focal point that coincides with the second focal point of the first reflector. The first reflector is arranged in front of the light source in the main radiation direction, the reflector surface of the first reflector being curved, with a first opening portion arranged counter to the main radiation direction and with a second opening portion arranged in a manner offset by 90° in relation to the first opening portion and facing towards the second reflector. The reflector surface of the second reflector has free-form parts such that light striking the reflector surface of the second reflector is reflected in such a way that a light distribution having a predetermined light/dark boundary is produced.
AUTOMOTIVE LAMP OPTICAL SYSTEM WITH LIGHT DIFFUSIVE PROJECTION LENS
The present invention relates to an automotive optical system; the optical system includes one or more first optical elements that reflect light rays emitted from a number of first light sources that are configured to perform a first lighting function and a second optical element; the second optical element is configured to project a light beam from the first optical elements configured to perform the first lighting function where a portion of the second optical element is made of a diffusive material. Furthermore, the optical system includes a number of secondary light sources where the second optical element is configured to receive light ray emissions from the secondary light sources and perform a second lighting function by scattering light rays received from secondary light sources.
