A bulb shield is disposed between the light source and the lens. A peripheral portion of the bulb shield has a first optical transmittance and a central region of the bulb shield has a second optical transmittance.
LIGHTING DEVICE, CORRESPONDING LAMP AND METHOD
A lighting device, which may be employed e.g. as a retrofit bulb for vehicle lamps, includes a light radiation source, e.g. a LED source, and a beam-narrowing optical system facing the light radiation source, for propagating a narrowed light radiation beam of the same source along a longitudinal axis of the device. Arranged distally of the beam-narrowing optical system along said longitudinal axis, there is moreover provided a cascaded arrangement of: a light-condensing lens, a light-driving lens, a filament-like body including annular reflective surfaces extending around the longitudinal axis and exposed to light radiation from the light radiation source propagated through the light-condensing lens and the light-driving lens, a distal mirror member having a reflective surface facing towards the filament-like body, to reflect light radiation towards annular reflective surfaces in said plurality of annular reflective surfaces.
LIGHTING DEVICE, CORRESPONDING LAMP AND METHOD
A lighting device, which may be employed e.g. as a retrofit bulb for vehicle lamps, includes a light radiation source, e.g. a LED source, and a beam-narrowing optical system facing the light radiation source, for propagating a narrowed light radiation beam of the source along a longitudinal axis of the device. Arranged distally of the beam-narrowing optical system along the longitudinal axis, there is provided: a light reflector, a light-driving lens, a filament-like body including annular reflective surfaces extending around the longitudinal axis and exposed to light radiation from the light radiation source propagated through the light reflector and the light-driving lens, a distal mirror member having a reflective surface facing towards the filament-like body, to reflect light radiation towards annular reflective surfaces in the plurality of annular reflective surfaces. The light radiation reflected by the annular reflective surfaces of the filament-like body is spread radially from the longitudinal axis.
Light device, especially a projector system of a headlight for motor vehicles
A light device comprises at least one light source (10) to generate light rays (201, 202, 203), an output lens (5), and lateral walls (7, 8) delimiting a space (27) for passage of the light rays after the lens and exiting out of the light device through a transparent cover (9) covering the space at the front. Between the light source and the output lens, a reflective diaphragm (11) is arranged that comprises fixed reflective lateral walls (11a, 11b), for spatial delimitation of the light rays between the lateral walls before they enter the output lens. The output lens has, in the vertical direction at the side facing the diaphragm, a convex shape and the lateral walls include, at the side facing the output lens, free ends (14) that have a rounded concave shape in the vertical direction, which is substantially complementary to the output lens convex shape.
Heat distributing lamp shield
In an example a lamp shield comprises: a front face; a skirt extending from the front face, wherein the skirt comprises a heat spreader; and an extended arm connected to the front face or the skirt. A headlamp assembly can comprise: a reflector and the lamp shield.
Lamp and headlighting arrangement for obtaining a color appearance in an automotive headlight
A lamp 10 is described which may be used in an automotive headlight 12. The lamp 10 comprises at least one filament 20 within a transparent lamp vessel 16. A color filter portion 30 is provided through which light is emitted with a color change. The lamp vessel 16 further comprises a color transparent portion, through which light is emitted without a color change. The color transparent portion is arranged such that an illumination beam of light 40 is emitted through the color transparent portion to achieve a non-colored illumination. The color filter portion 30 is arranged such that only peripheral and/or scattered portions of light are emitted through the color filter portion to achieve a color appearance of the headlight 12 in operation of the lamp 10.
Ventilation device and vehicular lamp
Disclosed is a ventilation device for discharging water vapor from the interior of a housing of a vehicular lamp to the outside of the housing, wherein: a ventilation path that is bent and is in communication with a ventilation opening in the housing is formed; and, up to the terminal end of the ventilation path including the bent part, the ventilation path maintains a minimum cross-sectional area with which it is possible to maintain a fogging reduction rate of 80% or higher in a lapse of 5 minutes. Thus, a defogging property inside the housing is improved while preventing the infiltration of liquid water and external substances by employing the ventilation path having a bent part.
Automotive headlamp module
An automotive headlamp module thatreduces manufacturing cost and increases availability for low-cost vehicles is provided. The automotive headlamp provides a rotational force to a shield via a DC motor and improves safety during operation by implementing a beam pattern in a low-beam mode when performing a fail-safe function due to breakdown in a high-beam mode or an ADB mode. In particular, the automotive headlamp includes a drum type shield rotatably disposed with respect to a shield housing and has a high-beam protrusion, a low-beam protrusion, and an adaptive driving-beam (ADB) protrusion on an exterior side and a shield disc coupled to the shield that rotates. A housing disc guide is movable in a longitudinal direction of the shield by the shield housing and has an end in contact with the shield disc and a return spring and presses a housing disc to the shield disc with accumulated elastic force.
VEHICLE LIGHTING DEVICE
An embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle lighting device including a light source configured to generate light, a light guide including a light incident surface facing the light source configured to transmit light as the light enters the light guide through the light incident surface and a cap member assembled to the light guide to cover the light incident surface, wherein the cap member is disposed with a structure in which one surface of the cap member is in contact with the light incident surface and the other surface thereof is in contact with the light source to fill a space between the light incident surface and the light source.
VEHICLE LAMP
In various embodiments, a vehicle lamp is provided. The vehicle lamp includes at least one semiconductor light source, at least one light emission body, and a concentrator arranged between the at least one semiconductor light source and the respective light emission body. A larger light entrance area of the concentrator is separated from the at least one semiconductor light source by a gap. The concentrator at its smaller light exit area transitions into the light emission body. The light emission body has at least one region covered with a partly transmissive layer.
