DUAL LIGHT PATH FORMING TYPE PROJECTION OPTICAL SYSTEM AND HEAD LAMP AND VEHICLE TO WHICH THE SAME OPTICAL SYSTEM IS APPLIED

A dual light path forming type projection optical system may include a reflector allowing light generated from a light source to be formed into a lower reflecting light reflected to an upward path directing upward and an upper reflecting light reflected to a downward path directing downward, a prism lens allowing the upper reflecting light to be emitted as a prism low beam in which the downward path is changed into the upward path and allowing the prism low beam to be changed into a prism high beam by changing an incident angle of the upper reflecting light, and an aspheric lens for generating a low beam by allowing the prism low beam to be added to the lower reflecting light and generating a high beam by allowing the prism high beam to be added to the lower reflecting light.

VEHICLE LIGHTING DEVICE WITH MEANS FOR LOCATING AN ELECTRONIC CARD

A motor vehicle lighting device including: a housing closed by a transparent outer lens; an electronic card inside the housing connected or configured to be connected to a light source, the electronic card including a locating tab. The housing includes at least one locating portion arranged with the locating tab so that the electronic card is located relative to the housing by the contact engagement of the locating portion and the locating tab.

VEHICLE LAMP AND VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME

A vehicle lamp comprises a light source for road surface drawing configured to emit light becoming a light source image, and a projection lens, which has an optical axis extending in a front and rear direction and the light is to pass therethrough. The vehicle lamp can form a plurality of light distribution patterns on a road surface over a range from a position close to the lamp to a position distant from the lamp by the light emitted from the light source and having passed through the projection lens, and the respective light distribution patterns are to be projected on the road surface at states where relative positions between the projection lens and the light source image are different.

A car LED light capable of changing color temperature includes a lamp holder. A front side of the lamp holder is provided with a concave trough and formed with an opening. The lamp holder is provided with an LED module in the concave trough. The LED module has a beam angle θ. A color temperature change unit is provided in front of the LED module and includes a drive member. The drive member is connected with a light filter and drives the light filter to move relative to the LED module. Through the drive member, the light filter is selectively to be in front of the beam angle θ for changing the color temperature of the light emitted from the LED module; or the light filter is selectively to be away from the range of the beam angle θ for keeping the original color temperature of the light.

Apparatus and method for controlling a vehicle light with adjustable light output using OBD data

An apparatus for controlling a vehicle light with adjustable light output is provided, whereby the apparatus includes a processor configured to receive on-board diagnostics (OBD) data and to determine a light output mode for the vehicle light in accordance with the OBD data, whereby the OBD data indicates a vehicle condition. The apparatus includes a transceiver coupled to the processor that is configured to signal the light output mode to the vehicle light. A method of controlling a vehicle light is provided that includes receiving OBD data from an OBD system in a vehicle, whereby the OBD data determines a vehicle condition, determining a light output mode of the vehicle light in accordance with the OBD data, and sending to the vehicle light appropriate commands for adjusting the light output in accordance with the determined light output mode.

Headlight for a vehicle

A headlight (10) and a lighting system (54) with the headlight (10) and a control unit. A motor vehicle (52) has the headlight (10), which combines a full beam matrix (20) and a dipped light in a common pivotable lighting module (18).

Vehicle headlight device

A vehicle headlight device 100 according to the present invention includes a first lamp 92 that has a light source 211, an optical system 21, a rolling mechanism 50, and a control circuit 60. The optical system 21 includes a first wedge prism 30 and a second wedge prism 40 in which an incident ray from the light source 211 is deflected and projected. The rolling mechanism 50 rotates the first wedge prism 30 about a rotation axis. The control circuit 60 controls the rolling mechanism 50 so that the first wedge prism 30 is rotated in a direction opposite to a vehicle bank direction in accordance with a vehicle bank angle d.
