The lighting controller controls to switch between a low mode in which the low beam unit is turned ON and the high beam unit is turned OFF and a high mode in which the low beam unit and the high beam unit are turned ON, and a first light quantity irradiated by the low beam unit in the high mode is larger than a second light quantity irradiated by the low beam unit in the low mode.
