A vehicle lamp includes: a light source that emits a light; an optical member including a lens that irradiates the light from the light source to a front of the vehicle lamp and forms a predetermined light distribution pattern including a plurality of regions; and a controller that, when an object outside the vehicle is detected, adjusts the predetermined light distribution pattern so as not to irradiate at least one first region including the object among the plurality of regions with the light. When the vehicle body is in a cornering state, the controller acquires inclination information of the vehicle body, determines whether there is a second region that does not exceed a reference line, based on the inclination information, and when determining that there is the second region, irradiates the second region with the light even when the object is included in the second region.

Light system, method of forming tunnels of light, a mobile 360° light system, and a method of cleaning the mobile 360° light system

A light system having: (a) a plurality of light sources connected to a vehicle and creating light that radiates away from the vehicle so that the light substantially surrounds the vehicle; and (b) one or more sensors that detect light from another light source; and wherein one or more of the plurality of light sources are turned off in a direction of the another light source while some of the plurality of light sources remain on so that a tunnel having a reduction or absence of light is formed in the direction of the another light source between the plurality of light sources that remain on.

HEADLIGHT MODULE AND HEADLIGHT DEVICE

A headlight module includes: a light source for emitting light; a condensing optical element for concentrating the light; and an optical element including an incident surface for receiving the concentrated light, a reflecting surface for reflecting the received light, and an emitting surface for emitting the reflected light. The condensing optical element changes a divergence angle of the light to form a light distribution pattern. The reflected light and light that enters the optical element and is not reflected by the reflecting surface are superposed on a plane including a point located at a focal position of the emitting surface in a direction of an optical axis of the emitting surface and being perpendicular to the optical axis, thereby forming a high luminous intensity region in the light distribution pattern on the plane. The emitting surface has positive refractive power and projects the light distribution pattern formed on the plane.

A method for correcting a light pattern provided by an automotive lighting device, wherein the light pattern is provided at least by a matrix arrangement of light sources. The method includes a first step of projecting a high beam pattern with a first zone where luminous intensity is lower, the first zone having a rectangular edge with four sides. The second step includes providing a number of pixels for each of the four sides of the edge of the first zone, thus creating an upper blur zone, a lower blur zone, a left blur zone and a right blur zone. A final step includes creating a blur pattern for the upper blur zone which extends along columns, a blur pattern for the lower blur zone which extends along columns, a blur pattern for the left blur zone which extends along rows and a blur pattern for the right blur zone which extend along rows, where the luminous intensity in each row or column adapts from the luminous intensity of the first zone to the luminous intensity of the high beam pattern. An automotive lighting device configured to perform these steps is also provided.
