The beam is transmitted to the reflector by the first diffusion plate. The first drive mechanism is between the first diffusion plate and the first lens element, and moves/rotates the first diffusion plate. The second lens element has a second focal point, coinciding with the first focal point, at a light-incident side. The reflector is at the light-incident side.
