ASSEMBLY COMPONENT AND LAMP
The present disclosure relates to an assembly component, a lamp and a method of manufacturing an assembly component. The assembly component includes a first element and a second element, the first element includes a first main body and a first elastic engaging portion which are connected to each other; the second element includes a second main body and a second engaging portion; the second main body has a moving space; a bottom wall of the moving space forms a clamping surface, the second engaging portion is connected to a side wall of the moving space, the first elastic engaging portion is clamped between the second engaging portion and the clamping surface, and the clamping surface limits the first elastic engaging portion in an outward direction.
LED lighting methods and apparatus
LED related lighting methods and apparatus are described. Various features relate to water tight light fixtures. Some of the fixtures are flood lights. The light fixtures in at least some embodiments include power control features. In flood light embodiments beam angle and power or light output distribution can be controlled without opening the light assembly or compromising the water tight seals which also protect against dirt. The light fixtures also support tilt angle adjustments and light fixture head adjustments. Beam distribution pattern can also be changed in some embodiments as well as power control. Beam distribution pattern, power control and tilt angle adjustments are supported in some embodiments but need not be supported in all embodiments with some embodiments using one or more of the described features but not all features.
Rotatable lamps in a mounting head
A light fixture has at least one head lamp rotatably mounted to an installation board. One opening extends through the installation board into which the at least one head lamp is mounted. The at least one opening has a centerline x-x disposed perpendicular to a top surface of the installation board. One circular opening extends through an outside ring of the headlamp to mount an electrical connector having a hollow bore extending therethrough and adapted to provide a passageway for a wire to connect to a lighting assembly. The electrical connector is mounted so as to be able to pivot up to 360 degrees about a centerline through one circular opening and perpendicular to a surface of the outside ring adjacent to the circular opening irrespective of the rotational position of the headlamp on the installation board.
LED lighting element and method of manufacturing the same
Methods and apparatus are presented for retaining a dome lens in a lighting element that provides a projection of light forming a substantially uniform bright light on a surface a known distance from the lighting element. The lighting element includes a dome lens that is removably positioned proximal to a light source, such that the light source is retained at a location within a focal length of a projection lens and at or within a focal length of the dome lens. The dome lens magnifies the light outputted by the light source, such that the projected light is brighter than the light generated by the light source.
