The light source driving board includes a light-emitting diode and a driving circuit. The isolating board has a through hole. The lens module includes a lens housing, wherein the light source driving board and the isolating board are disposed in the lens housing. The back housing covers the lens housing of the lens module. The back housing has an opening, wherein the melting temperature of the back housing is lower than the melting temperature of the lens housing. The input power line is connected with the light source driving board via the opening of the back housing and the through hole of the isolating board.

The lamp has a housing (15) with faces (21) and groups of grooves (22a, 22b, 22c) around an outer surface. Each group of grooves (22a, 22b, 22c) is spaced away from a first end of the housing (15) by a different distance. The faces (21) facilitate insertion of the housing (15) into the body (6) at a first orientation by providing space for the protuberances (10) between the housing (15) and the cylindrical inner surface (8). The lamp (2) is rotatable in the lamp holder (3) from a first orientation to a second orientation in which the grooves of one of the groups of grooves (22a, 22b, 22c) accommodate the protuberances (10) to secure the lamp (2) to the lamp holder (3). The different groups of grooves (22a, 22b, 22c) secure the lamp (2) in different axial positions relative to the lamp holder (3). This allows optical elements (23, 24) of different thicknesses to be inserted between the lamp (2) and the lamp holder (3).

The rimless housing can and flange clip assembly is installed in the ceiling fitted with the lathing ring. The recessed luminaire components also include a snap fit lathing ring that is configured to be coupled a housing instead of being coupled to the ceiling for an alternative installation. The snap fit lathing ring may include one or more snap tabs that are configured to engage corresponding notches in the housing.

The movable plate includes having a mounting hole and is adapted to slidably engage each of the parallel tracks. A knockout plate spans the mounting hole and is removably connected to the movable plate via a breakable member. Once the movable plate is suitably positioned and the mounting assembly is fastened to the support beams, the knockout plate is removed and the mounting hole is ready to receive the thin LED light fixture.

The lower surface exposed to the controlled environment is free of welds and grinds in order to provide a corrosion resistant surface.

The lens has a back side facing the LED board and a front side that provides a downward facing surface when the LED lighting apparatus is installed in an opening of a ceiling. The lens is disposed with respect to the LED board such that the LEDs illuminate the back side of the lens. A first spacing of the LEDs causes resulting light from the downward facing surface of the lens to be substantially uniform during operation of the apparatus. In one example, a thin front edge of a sidewall of the housing, forming a perimeter around the lens, is flush with the lens and is appreciably thin (e.g., a thickness of less than three millimeters), and a depth of the sidewall housing is less than one inch.

When a lighting source is connected to the adjusting bracket, a user is able to move the lighting source and bracket aside to facilitate the user accessing the region behind the lighting source and bracket, which can include a power supply box and door. In at least one embodiment, a single-blade bracket extends perpendicularly from the support base while in the first pivot position and does not extend perpendicularly from the support base while in the second pivot position.

The housing is positioned within the central opening and is spaced apart from the fins of the heat dissipating structure to enable a free flow of air in an air gap (42) between the housing (22) and the structure (24). The electronics assembly may include a plurality of elements (160, 162, 164, 166) retained in the housing which are spaced apart from the heat dissipating structure.
