Tail switch arrangement for a light
A switch for a light may comprise: an electrical switch on a reference plane and actuatable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the reference plane; a switch actuator including a flexible boot disposed at an acute angle relative to the reference plane including: a plunger adjacent the electrical switch movable substantially perpendicular to the reference plane for actuating and de-actuating the electrical switch; and an actuator member between the flexible boot and the plunger movable to move the plunger toward the electrical switch when the flexible boot is pressed. The electrical switch is actuated when the flexible boot is pressed toward the reference plane or parallel to the reference plane or at an angle therebetween. The switch may be adjacent a reference plane surface in a light body of the light.
HAND HOLDABLE LIGHT HAVING AN ERGONOMIC GRIP AND A BATTERY ASSEMBLY THEREFOR
A hand holdable light comprises: a light body having a forward portion, a rearward portion, and a central portion between the forward portion and to the rearward portion; a light source proximate a forward end; and a switch for energizing the light source. The rearward portion has a non-circular cross-section; the switch is on the forward portion; and the central portion has a recess opposite the switch. The light is holdable by a hand with a finger or thumb proximate the recess and the other of a finger or thumb proximate the switch. A battery assembly comprises: a battery housing for receiving and connecting a battery; an electrical switch on a first end of the battery housing; and a pattern of electrical contacts on a second end of the battery housing, wherein ones of the electrical contacts are connected to the battery.
Vaginal urinary funnel flashlight apparatus
A vaginal urinary funnel flashlight apparatus for allowing easy and accurate illuminated urination includes a funnel body having a cup shaped upper portion and a cylindrical lower portion. The upper portion has a principal opening configured to surround a female genital region. A light sleeve is coupled to the dorsal side of the lower portion. The light sleeve has a proximal end, a distal end adjacent a release aperture of the lower portion, and a light cavity extending through the distal end to proximal the proximal end. A flashlight is slidingly engageable within the light cavity and comprises a flashlight body, a battery, an LED light, and a power switch.
PORTABLE LIGHT HAVING AN INTERCHANGEABLE TAIL CAP
A portable light comprises a light body having a light source and a tail cap assembly. The tail cap assembly includes a tail cap housing and at least one actuator that is pivotably mounted to the tail cap housing spaced away from a centerline of the light, and that extends across the centerline. The actuator has an actuation feature on the opposite side of the centerline that extends for actuating an electrical switch in the light body, whereby the portable light may be actuated over a wide range of angles.
PISTOL MOUNTED LIGHT AND OPERATION THEREOF
A flashlight for use with a pistol, the pistol having a trigger guard and a mounting rail. The flashlight includes an elongated housing having a spring arm clamping mechanism for mounting to the mounting rail, a light source at one end thereof, and paddle switches at an opposing end.
Weapon mounted light and operation thereof
A flashlight assembly includes a body having a head portion at one end and an opposing tapered tail portion and a clamping assembly on a bottom side of the body. The tail portion of the body tapers rearwardly towards a tail end thereof and downwardly from an upper side towards the bottom side, such that the tail end of the tail portion merges with the bottom side of the body and forms an inclined contoured surface extending from the bottom side to the top side. A contoured switch is mounted within the inclined angled surface of the tapered tail portion, and includes a safety bail pivotably movable to selectively mechanically impede operation of the switch.
Lighting equipment
The present invention provides a lighting equipment, which successively includes a lamp head portion, a connecting portion and a tail portion; the lighting equipment further includes a short distance light source, a long distance light source, a power supply and a control switch. The short distance light source and the long distance light source are arranged inside the lamp head portion, and the light emitting direction of the short distance light source is consistent with that of the long distance light source. The power supply is provided inside the connecting portion, a positive electrode and a negative electrode of which are electrically connected to two ends of the short distance light source and two ends of the long distance light source respectively. The control switch is used for controlling a light and shade state of the short distance light source and the long distance light source.
Flashlight capable of functioning as self-defense tool
Provided is a flashlight including a casing, a power module and a light. An opening is disposed at the front end of the casing. A finger compartment penetrating two lateral surfaces of the casing is centrally disposed at the casing. The power module has a first light switch, a second light switch and a power. The first light switch is disposed in the finger compartment of the casing. The second light switch protrudes from the rear end of the casing. The power is disposed in the casing and electrically connected to the first and second light switches. The light is disposed in the opening and electrically connected to the first and second light switches, and one of which drives the light to turn on and turn off. A user can alter a grip and use both hands while illuminated, allowing the flashlight to function as a self-defense tool.
Pistol mounted light and operation thereof
