The kits generally include a fluid container, a fluid connector configured to engage the fluid container, a hose configured for fluid communication with the fluid connector, a port, a fluid container suspension means, and a hose end support member. The fluid container is configured to enclose chemical agents and/or solutions. The port may be formed along the fluid container and be configured to receive the fluid connector. The hose end support member may support at least one portion of the hose at a desired height above the standing fluid to be treated. In embodiments, a metering pump is included with the kits, the metering pump configured to cause a predetermined amount of the chemical agents or solutions to be dispersed from the fluid container.
Steam generator
A steam generator for generating steam by boiling water, or other hot water heating device, in either case such as for use in a steam cooker or warewasher, includes a tank structure providing a heating chamber for holding water, and at least one heating element associated with the tank structure for heating water. The tank structure includes a main body wall having a U-shaped cross-sectional profile formed by opposed first and second side wall portions of the heating chamber and a curved bottom wall portion of the heating chamber, wherein the curved bottom wall portion is monolithic with the first and second side wall portions, wherein the main body wall is sheet metal material that has been curved.

NATURAL CIRCULATION MULTI-CIRCULATION PACKAGE BOILER WITH SUPERHEAT FOR STEAM ASSISTED GRAVITY DRAINAGE (SAGD) PROCESS INCLUDING SUPERHEAT
A boiler includes an upper steam drum, an optional intermediate drum, and a lower drum. Each drum is divided by an internal divider into a clean section and a concentrated section. Downcomers connect the upper steam drum to the lower drum, and tubes are connected to convey a heated steam-water mixture from the lower drum into the upper steam drum (through the optional intermediate drum, if provided). An optional superheater has an input terminal connected to receive steam from the clean section of the upper steam drum. An attemperator may be provided to attemperate superheated steam output from an output terminal of the superheater, and the attemperation fluid may optionally be provided from the concentrated side of the upper steam drum.
Tube Shaker
The tube cleaning device has a frame having a plurality of top and bottom vertical slots and a first and second upper slotted bracket, each bracket being located above an upper and lower window. First and second lower brackets are located below the windows forming a ledge. First and second riggings engage the slots and releasably connect the frame to a tube bank. A spreader bar is inserted through a window. A releasable connector secures the spreader bar to the frame. A vibrating motor is releasably secured to the frame. Vibration of the motor is passed through the frame to the spreader bar, which vibrates the tubes to effectuate cleaning.
Once through steam generator with 100% quality steam output
A system for deriving 100% quality steam for steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) injection or other applications features a once through steam generator (OTSG), a steam-water separator connected downstream of the OTSG's radiant tubes to separate steam and water from a two-phase flow received therefrom, superheater tubes installed in the convection section and connected to a steam outlet of the steam-water separator in downstream relation thereto to receive and heat dried steam therefrom to a superheated state, and a desuperheater connected downstream of the superheater tubes to receive the superheated steam therefrom and use same to vaporize blowdown water from the steam-water separator, whereby the vaporized blowdown water and the superheated steam collectively form a superheated steam output for the intended application, typically after additional separation of solid particles therefrom for optimal steam quality.
Water treatment and steam generation system for enhanced oil recovery and a method using same
A system of generating steam from an emulsion stream produced from a reservoir via thermal recovery has a heat exchanger for adjusting the emulsion to a first temperature; at least one separation device for separating water from the emulsion at the first temperature to obtain produced water; an optional produced-water preheater, and a high-pressure evaporator for receiving the produced water and generating steam using the produced water. The evaporator has a vapor drum; a heating element receiving the water stream, and in fluid communication with the vapor drum via a pressure letdown device; a heating source for imparting sensible heat to the water stream for generating steam. The evaporator also includes a recirculation pump for circulation of blowdown concentrate, and a bubble generator for generating bubbles and injecting generated bubbles into the heating element to enable self-removal of scales and other solid deposits in the evaporator.
Method and apparatus for commissioning power plants
An apparatus and method for commissioning steam turbine generator power plants to advance the cleanliness of the complete steam cycle by the conditioned discharge of steam to the plant surface condenser.
COMMISSIONING POWER PLANTS
Improved steamblow commissioning of a steam plant with steam discharged to the condenser and increased use of permanent piping instead of temporary piping with quenching/desuperheating and providing a low back pressure environment to enable aggressive steam blow cleaning.
