The cap further defines a convex outer surface extending opposite the distribution cavity and a plurality of outlets extending through the cap from the distribution cavity to the exterior surface. The outlets are distributed over the entire exterior surface.
FLUIDIC BURNER WITH HEAT STABILITY
A burner comprises a central passageway and outlets for fuel and for stabilizing oxidant arranged peripherally around the central passageway, and comprises outlets within the burner through which biasing gas, such as gas comprising oxygen, can be injected to enable control of the direction of the flame that is generated by combustion of the fuel and the oxidant at the face of the burner.
SMOKE TUBE BOILER
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a smoke tube boiler which can prevent leakage of mixed gas and exhaust gas through a gap between a mix chamber and an ignition bar assembly. To this end, the smoke tube boiler according to the present invention comprises: a mix chamber having a mixing space, in which a combustion gas and air are mixed, and a flat plate type burner, the mix chamber being disposed on the upper side of a combustion chamber; an ignition bar assembly assembled to pass through one side of the mix chamber and extending across the upper portion of the combustion chamber to the lower side of the flat plate type burner; and a sealing means for preventing the mixed gas in the mixing space and an exhaust gas in the combustion chamber from leaking to the outside through a gap between the mix chamber and the ignition bar assembly.
Twisting flame intake apparatus for a heater
The present utility model relates to the technical field of gas heaters, and specifically relates to a rotary intake mechanism and a gas heater having the rotary intake mechanism. A rotary intake mechanism comprises a support plate and a housing, wherein a flame outlet is provided at the center of the housing, and a plurality of air duct pieces are further comprised; the support plate is provided inside of the housing; the plurality of air duct pieces are located between the support plate and the housing and are connected to the support plate and the housing; air ducts for air flowing are formed between adjacent air duct pieces; the air ducts are distributed spirally to form a wind field spiraling towards the center; the support plate is further provided with air inlet holes corresponding to the air ducts; and a furnace end mounting hole is provided at the center of the support plate. The present utility model designs a rotary intake mechanism with a simple structure and convenient manufacture. In addition, the gas heater has better effect of up-and-down convection of air by using the rotary intake mechanism. The combustion is more sufficient, the combustion height of the flame is increased, the rotary effect of the combustion flame is enhanced, and the ornamental value of the flame is improved.
COMPACT INWARD-FIRING PREMIX FUEL COMBUSTION SYSTEM, AND FLUID HEATING SYSTEM AND PACKAGED BURNER SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
An inward-firing combustion burner, includes a burner casing configured to receive a fuel-air mixture at a burner inlet and to provide hot combustion gas at a burner output, a combustion substrate disposed within the burner casing, the substrate having a shape comprising at least a semi-cone or a flat surface, having a substrate porosity defined by a plurality of pores, and having a substrate inner surface and a substrate outer surface, the substrate configured to receive the fuel-air mixture at the outer surface of the substrate, the fuel-air mixture passing through the pores at a mixture flow rate from the substrate outer surface toward the substrate inner surface, and the burner configured such that, in operation, the fuel-air mixture ignites near the plurality of pores to form a respective plurality of flamelets, each flamelet corresponding to one of the pores.
Burner for gas apparatus
A burner includes a base and a combustion tray, wherein the base has an inlet pipe and two horn-shaped tubes. The horn-shaped tubes are connected to opposite sides of the inlet pipe, wherein each of the horn-shaped tubes respectively has a first section. A length of the first sections is no less than an inner diameter of the inlet pipe at where the horn-shaped tubes are connected to. The combustion tray is engaged with the base, and communicates with the horn-shaped tubes. Whereby, gas and air could be fully mixed while flowing through each of the first sections. The symmetrical horn-shaped tubes could direct the airflow to the combustion tray, where the airflow could be outputted from flame vents of the combustion tray, whereby to generate more even flame, and to enhance the heating efficiency.
COMBUSTION APPARATUS
A combustion apparatus has a burner including a burner body and a combustion plate, as well as a combustion box. A combustion plate flange part projects outward beyond an inner rim of a body flange part and beyond an inner rim of a combustion box flange part. The combustion box has, on a perimeter of one end, the combustion box flange part, adapted to be connected to the body flange part enclosing an open surface of the burner body. The combustion plate is provided with an inside projection which is erected, by bending, toward the body flange part so as to face the inner rim of the packing such that, in a state in which the combustion box flange part is connected to the body flange part, the outside projection and the inside projection are in contact with the body flange part.
Burner, combustion apparatus, method for combustion, method for controlling combustion, recording medium, and water heater
High intensity combustion and low intensity combustion are carried out together, to stabilize flames and to hold down the emission of carbon monoxide.
