The present invention discloses a burner, a gas water heater and a processing method of fire row, wherein the burner comprising: a plurality of fire rows; an air channel is formed between at least two fire rows; the fire row has a burning substrate; the burning substrate is provided with main burning holes; the burning substrate is further provided with auxiliary burning holes downstream of the main burning holes; at least one the auxiliary burning hole is disposed on at least one side of the main burning hole in a length direction of the burning substrate; flame of the auxiliary burning hole intersect with flame of the main burning hole; and a frame for mounting the fire rows. The burner, the gas water heater and the processing method of the fire rows disclosed in the present invention can help to decrease flame height, facilitate manufacturing and reduce costs.

BURNER FOR GAS APPARATUS

A burner includes a base and a combustion tray, wherein the base has an inlet pipe and two horn-shaped tubes. The horn-shaped tubes are connected to opposite sides of the inlet pipe, wherein each of the horn-shaped tubes respectively has a first section. A length of the first sections is no less than an inner diameter of the inlet pipe at where the horn-shaped tubes are connected to. The combustion tray is engaged with the base, and communicates with the horn-shaped tubes. Whereby, gas and air could be fully mixed while flowing through each of the first sections. The symmetrical horn-shaped tubes could direct the airflow to the combustion tray, where the airflow could be outputted from flame vents of the combustion tray, whereby to generate more even flame, and to enhance the heating efficiency.

A burner includes a diffuser wall delimiting an inner space in flow communication with an inlet passageway and forming a diffuser perforation for the gas mixture to pass from the inner space to an outer side of the diffuser wall where combustion occurs. A pilot chamber is formed in the inner space and delimited by a pilot portion of the diffuser wall, forming a pilot perforation, and by a pilot wall extended into the inner space. The pilot chamber forms pilot inlet openings supplying air/gas-air pre-mixture into the pilot chamber. A pilot gas opening supplies non-premixed fuel gas into the pilot chamber. A main chamber formed in the inner space is delimited by a diffuser wall main portion, forming a main perforation, and by the pilot wall. The main chamber delimits a main inner volume and is in flow communication with the inlet passageway to supply air/gas-air pre-mixture.

Combustion membrane for a gas burner

A combustion membrane (14, 14) for a gas burner (2) forms a multilayer panel (22) including a gas-permeable diffuser layer (24) of a porous or fibrous solid material other than metal sheet, the diffuser layer (24) forming a combustion surface (25) facing an outer side (17), a support layer (26) formed by a metal sheet (32), arranged on an inner side (23) with respect to the diffuser layer (24), opposite to the combustion surface (25), and connected to the diffuser layer. The metal sheet has a pattern (27) of passage openings (28), a local deviating layer (29), bordering the support layer (26). Diverter flaps (30) bent transversely out of the support layer (26) and delimited by cutting or tearing edges (42) of the support layer metal sheet (32), form guide surfaces (31) oblique to a direction (40) orthogonal to an extension plane (41) of the multilayer panel (22).

Gas burner membrane

A gas burner membrane is provided. The gas burner membrane comprises a plurality of first layers, each first layer comprises at least one inlet formed therein for receiving a combustible gas mixture, and a plurality of second layers. Successive first layers are separated by a second layer, and at least one outlet is formed between successive first layers.
