Rotary batch decoater
10788206 · 2020-09-29 · ·

Systems and methods for efficiently performing rotary batch decoating can use time-offset batch reactors. A first batch reactor can operate out of phase with a second batch reactor, so that the burning of pyrolysis gases from the first reactor can be used to provide fuel to the incinerator used to heat the material in the second reactor. After the first reactor is dumped and filled with new material, the pyrolysis gases from the second reactor can be used to provide fuel to the incinerator, which heats the material in the first reactor.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING LIQUID FUEL FROM WASTE HYDROCARBON AND/OR ORGANIC MATERIAL, REACTOR, APPARATUS, USES AND MANAGING SYSTEM THEREOF
20200165526 · 2020-05-28 · ·

There are provided processes for producing liquid fuels from a mainly organic starting material with a reduced content in water and/or with a reduced content in solids. The mainly organic starting material can be at least partially liquified and optionally further dewatered. The obtained at least partially liquid fraction can be thereafter used as feeding stream that is submitted to a pyrolysis treatment resulting in a solid gas fraction allowing the recovering of a liquid fuels after a controlled liquid solid separation treatment. There are also provided various other processes for producing liquid fuel from waste hydrocarbon and/or organic material as well as reactors, apparatuses, uses and managing systems thereof.

Vacuum cracking apparatus for power battery and cracking method thereof

The invention discloses a vacuum cracking apparatus for a power battery and a cracking method thereof. The cracking device includes a cylinder and further includes a rolling device, a first sealing device, a cracking device, a second sealing device, a pyrolysis device and a third sealing device which are arranged from top to bottom. The cracking device for the power battery of the present invention is equipped with the first sealing device, the second sealing device and the third sealing device to isolate the cracking device from the pyrolysis device and be capable of realizing material transmission and gas isolation without interference with each other, so that gas stirring between an anaerobic zone and an aerobic zone is avoided; and by combing battery cracking and battery pyrolysis, with cracked gas discharged after cracking as a fuel for cracking and pyrolysis or preheating a pyrolysis device, resources are fully used.

An environmentally friendly combustion chamber for stable combustion of biomass gasification combustible gas. The combustion chamber is divided into a first stage cavity body (45) and a second stage cavity body (48) by a honeycomb-shaped heat storage body (46). A combustion pipe (41) is connected to a biomass gas inlet and a primary air distribution pipe (54), the combustion pipe (41) is connected to the first stage cavity body (45), and an ignition gun (42) and a thermocouple T1 are arranged on the first stage cavity body (45). A secondary air distribution pipe (47), opposite the honeycomb-shaped heat storage body (46), and a thermocouple T2 are arranged within the second stage cavity body (48), and the second stage cavity body (48) is connected to an outlet high temperature flue gas pipe (51). The primary air distribution pipe (54), a primary air volume adjustment valve (52), the secondary air distribution pipe (47) and a secondary air volume adjustment valve (53) are connected together to an air supply fan (49), and a controller (50) is connected to the thermocouple T1, the thermocouple T2, the primary air volume adjustment valve (52), the secondary air volume adjustment valve (53) and the air supply fan (49). The combustion chamber solves the problems of unstable combustion flames in traditional combustors, and high nitrogen oxide amounts in tail flue gas.

Sorbent containing engineered fuel feed stock

Disclosed are novel engineered fuel feed stocks, feed stocks produced by the described processes, methods of making the fuel feed stocks, methods of producing energy from the fuel feed stocks. Components derived from processed MSW waste streams can be used to make such feed stocks which are substantially free of glass, metals, grit and noncombustibles and contain a sorbent. These feed stocks are useful for a variety of purposes including as gasification and combustion fuels. In addition, one or more sorbents can be added to the feed stocks in order to reduce the amount of a variety of pollutants present in traditional fuel and feed stocks, including, but not limited, sulfur and chlorine. Further, these feed stocks with added sorbent can mitigate corrosion, improve fuel conversion, extend power generating plant lifetime, reduce ash slagging, and reduced operating temperature.
