A cooking and cooling apparatus, including a main body to receive at least one item thereupon, a cooking unit disposed on at least a portion of a top surface of the main body to cook at least one food item thereon, and a cooling unit disposed within at least a portion of the main body to keep contents stored within at a cool temperature.

A flameless cooking apparatus for use with liquid fuels and for indoor or outdoor use under field operations. The burner exhibits low CO and hydrocarbon emissions and meets standards for burner thermal efficiency when used with JP-8 fuel. The apparatus employs a catalytic burner having among its parts (i) a combustion catalyst; (ii) a conductive surface, e.g., cooking surface; and (iii) in between the catalyst and the conductive surface and in direct physical contact with both surfaces, a heat spreader for conductively transferring heat of combustion from the catalyst to the conductive surface. Also claimed are a method of heat flux and a method of cooking.

A gas oven with a steak oven includes a stove frame, wherein a gas oven and a steak oven are arranged on the stove frame, and the steak oven located on one side of the gas oven. The gas oven with a steak oven is provided with both the steak oven and the gas oven, so that purchasing costs are reduced for users, and the users can use the steak oven and the gas oven at the same time extremely conveniently without walking back and forth; and the gas oven with a steak oven fills in a market gap and has a broad market prospect.

Portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burners and methods for using the same are disclosed for use to heat objects including to broil steak and other foods. In particular, a portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burner comprising a ceramic tile infrared burner assembly, a handle for maneuvering the ceramic tile infrared burner assembly during use, and a gas supply line for connecting to a gas source is disclosed. In some embodiments, the handle and gas supply line are integrated such that the gas supply line serves as the handle for maneuvering the ceramic tile infrared burner assembly during use. In some embodiments, the ceramic tile infrared burner assembly is at least partially enclosed in a housing. The handle may be connected to the housing or to the ceramic tile infrared burner assembly. The portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burner may further comprise one or more heat shields. The portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burner may be configured to connect to disposable or refillable gas cylinders or to a natural gas line. In some embodiments, the portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burner comprises a valve. In further embodiments, the portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burner comprises a gas adjustable regulator or a gas nonadjustable regulator. The portable handheld ceramic tile infrared burner may be used alone or as an auxiliary or additional heat source either simultaneously with or in series to other cooking processes, such as grilling, oven cooking or sous vide method, to achieve desired temperatures.

A portable baking oven has an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.

A burner system for a cooking device has at least one burner surface wherein the at least one burner surface is designed in such a way that the burner system has a low minimum power density with homogeneous temperature distribution at the same time. In a first aspect, the burner system includes a fuel supply and a first burner surface for burning the fuel that is provided downstream of the fuel supply. The burner system includes a second burner surface for afterburning that is separate from the first burner surface and is provided downstream from the first burner surface. Moreover, a method for operating the burner system is shown.

A gas cooker may include a case, a top plate that shields an upper surface of the case and on which items to be cooked are seated, a plurality of burners provided inside of the case, an electric valve assembly that controls a gas supply to the plurality of burners, a main pipe connected to the electric valve assembly and that supplies gas, and a plurality of branched pipes, respectively, connected to the electric valve assembly and the plurality of burners. The electric valve assembly may include a main valve connected to the main pipe, a plurality of sub-valves respectively connected to the plurality of branched pipes, and a manifold that connects the main valve and the plurality of sub-valves in parallel and enables the main valve and the plurality of sub-valves to be consecutively provided and configured in a single assembly form.

Provided is a cooking apparatus. The cooking apparatus has a structure in which cooking modules different from each other are selectively mounted with a free arrangement structure on a top surface of the cooking apparatus.

A cooking appliance is provided. The cooking appliance may include a case, a top plate seated on the case, and a burner accommodated in the case. The burner may include at least one burner pot to receive a gas and air, a combustion member to burn a mixed gas of the gas and air within the at least one burner pot, a burner frame seated on the at least one burner pot to define an exhaust passage, through which the gas burned by the combustion member and carbon monoxide generated by incomplete combustion of the mixed gas may flow, and a catalyst body disposed in the exhaust passage. The catalyst body may have a catalyst to allow the carbon monoxide to react with oxygen.

A cooking appliance is provided. The cooking appliance may include a burner pot having a plurality of mixing spaces and a gas valve device to adjust a flow rate of a gas to be supplied into at least one mixing space of the plurality of mixing spaces.
