Kitchen hood with height adjustment
A kitchen hood has a first housing and a second housing that slides into and out of the first housing to adjust a length of the kitchen hood. The first housing has a fan to suction air, an outlet, and an air quality sensor assembly to continuously detect air quality in a kitchen. The second housing has an inlet and suction grill through which air is suctioned, a steam cleaning assembly to automatically steam clean an interior of the kitchen hood, and a height sensing assembly to sense a height of cookware seated on a cooktop surface below the second housing. The kitchen hood may be lengthened or shortened based on the sensed height of the cookware, and a speed of the fan and the height of the kitchen hood may be automatically adjusted based on detections by the air quality sensor assembly.

RANGE HOOD WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE SUCTION UNIT
A range hood includes a body having a space formed therein, and multiple grooves are formed in the inside of the space. The body includes an opening in the underside thereof The opening communicates with the space. A ease includes multiple rails which are slidably located in the grooves. A frame is located in the space and includes a blower. A driving unit is located in the space and connected to the case so as to lift and lower the case by moving the rails along the grooves.
VARIABLE HOOD APPARATUS
Proposed is a variable hood apparatus. The variable hood apparatus includes a support holder fixed to a wall, a rotation holder configured to be rotatable around a vertical axis of rotation while being supported by the support holder, an arm portion supported by the rotation holder and configured to be capable of performing a three-dimensional movement, a foldable hood mounted on an end portion of the arm portion, the foldable hood being configured to be unfolded while being used and to be folded while being not used, an exhaust pipe which is connected to the foldable hood and which extends to an outside, and an exhaust mechanism configured to generate an airflow which is formed inside the exhaust pipe and which is in a direction toward the outside, thereby inducing a negative pressure in the foldable hood.
VARIABLE HOOD APPARATUS FOR KITCHEN
A variable hood apparatus includes a bent column fixed to a wall of the kitchen, a support body detachably mounted on the bent column and configured to be capable of adjusting a height level thereof, a first horizontal bar supported by the support body and configure to be rotatable, a slider mounted on the first horizontal bar and configured to be slidable, a second horizontal bar supported by the slider and configured to be rotatable, a foldable hood mounted on an extension of the second horizontal bar, the foldable hood being configured to be unfolded while being used, an exhaust pipe which is connected to the foldable hood and which extends to an outside, and an exhaust mechanism generating an airflow which is formed inside the exhaust pipe and which is directed toward the outside, thereby inducing a negative pressure.
PORTABLE AIR FLOW APPARATUS
A portable air flow apparatus may include a base configured to be seated on a surface, a head comprising a suction inlet through which air is suctioned into the head and a discharge outlet through which the air suctioned in through the suction inlet is discharged, the suction inlet and the discharge outlet being horizontally spaced apart from each other at a right angle with respect to a vertical direction, and a column that connects the head and the base in such a manner that the head is vertically spaced from the base.
Grease filter, manufacturing method thereof and cooking device having the same
A grease filter, which includes a first channel having an inlet portion through which oil particles flow in, and a first guide unit configured to guide the oil particles flowing in through the inlet portion, and a second channel having an outlet portion through which the oil particles and air current flowing in through the inlet portion is discharged into the outside, and at least one second guide unit configured to guide the oil particles and air current to be discharged through the outlet portion. Here, the first channel and the second channel are detachably provided. The grease filter can be easily repaired and maintained, and collection efficiency can be improved due to such a configuration.
Intelligent range hood and control method therefor
The present invention discloses an intelligent range hood and a control method thereof, which comprises a housing, a fan (4), a smoke collecting hood (3), a smoke guide plate (6), a controller and a sensor (8) for detecting concentration of smoke and/or vapor inside or outside the housing. The sensor (8) outputs an electrical signal to the controller; and, the controller controls rotation speed of the fan motor (5) and position of the smoke guide plate (6) according to the signal received from the sensor (8). The controller not only can automatically adjust the rotation speed of the fan motor (5) so as to allow the air volume of the fan (4) to adapt to the working condition of the range hood in real time, but also can adjust the air inlet area and the distance between the negative pressure region and the smoke source by moving the smoke guide plate (6) up and down, so as to adapt the change in the working condition.
Smoke director device configured to extend over a cooking surface of a cooking device
A smoke director device for a cooking device includes a housing containing an extendable and retractable smoke director assembly and a mounting assembly for removably attaching the smoke director device to the underside of an over the stove exhaust system such as those included in microwave ovens. The housing includes a front opening through which the smoke director assembly extends and retracts, a rear opening to guide smoke and other particulates towards the exhaust system and a bottom opening to further capture any rising smoke and particulates. The smoke director assembly can include a fixed inner panel located in the housing, a movable end panel and a movable intermediate panel. The smoke director assembly can be tiltable relative to the housing, to angle the smoke director assembly relative to a cook surface of the stove.
