Combination Oven with Independent Cooking Modules
A modular oven includes a cabinet receiving separate modules with distinct cooking operations. Modules of the modular oven may provide any combination of convection cooking, steam cooking, impingement cooking, and high speed cooking. Therefore, the modules may be mixed and matched to suit the desired cooking operations. In some embodiments, improved steam cooking at lower cooking temperatures is provided by directing spraying water onto an independent heat source, controlled separately from the cavity heating element, within each cooking zone. By operating a separate heating element specifically for steam generation, there can be more accurate heat control of the cooking zones without overheating the cooking zones when steam is needed but when lower cooking temperatures (e.g., 211 degrees Fahrenheit and below) are desired.
COOKING APPLIANCE
The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance. In the cooking appliance, a hinge coupling part being fixed to a door and coupled to a hinge part is provided with a position adjustment guide part that guides a front-to-rear coupling position between a fastening part and the hinge coupling part, and the fastening part is coupled to the position adjustment guide part in a way that can move in the front-rear direction and is coupled to the hinge coupling part.
COOKING APPLIANCE
The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance. In the cooking appliance, a portion of a fastening bracket is coupled to a cabinet, the remaining portion of the fastening bracket contacts the bottom surface of a housing in parallel, and as a fastening member couples the fastening bracket to the bottom surface of the housing, the cabinet is coupled to the housing while the front surface of the cabinet contacts the housing closely.
Cooking appliance
A cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a case having a cooking chamber formed therein; a door for opening/closing a front opening of the case; a steam generation device mounted on the exterior of the case; and a steam supply pipe for connecting the steam generation device and the cooking chamber, wherein the steam generation device can comprise: a housing fixed to the case; a drawer provided so as to be able to be withdrawn from and put into the housing, and into which water for generating steam is filled; and a heating unit mounted on the lower surface of the drawer so as to heat the water filled inside the drawer.
Cooking appliance
A cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a case in which a cooking chamber is formed; a door for opening or closing the front opening of the case; a steam generating device mounted to the outer surface of the case; and a steam supply tube for connecting the steam generating device to the cooking chamber, wherein the steam generating device includes: a housing fixed to the case; a drawer which can be pushed into and pulled out of the housing and is filled with water for steam generation; and an induction unit installed at the bottom of the housing so as to heat water filled in the drawer by using electromagnetic induction.
Cooking appliance
A cooking appliance is provided. The cooking appliance may include a guide that regulates an installation position of a water supply device with respect to a front panel. The guide may include a first guide coupled to the water supply device to align a relative position of a front surface of the water supply device with respect to the front panel, a second guide coupled to a guide protrusion to align a relative position of the guide with respect to an opening; and a fixer that fixes the guide to the cavity.
Steam generating system
A steam generating system for an appliance includes a first tank positioned at a first vertical position and having an upper water outlet and a lower water outlet. A second tank is positioned at a second vertical position that is lower than the first vertical position of the first tank. A first and second interconnecting members respectively connect the upper and lower water outlets of the first tank to the second tank. Together, the first and second interconnecting members fluidically connect the first and second tanks. A valve assembly is positioned along the second interconnecting member to selectively provide access to the second tank from the first tank. Inlet and outlet pumps are respectively coupled to the first and second tanks to supply and discharge water from the steam generating system. The appliance further includes a retractable hose for connecting the steam generating system to a water source.
APPARATUS FOR COOKING FOOD
The apparatus for cooking food with superheated steam includes an external casing (2) comprising inside a cooking chamber (4), suitable for containing one or more foods; a steam generating device (30), capable of vaporizing a liquid; a superheating device (31) of said steam associated with said steam generating device (30), said superheating device (31) being configured to heat said steam up to an operating temperature (T) higher than the boiling temperature of said liquid and to enable said superheated steam to come out towards said cooking chamber (4).
Food preparation apparatus and methods
Food preparation apparatus and associated methods. In one method, dough is proofed in an oven compartment and then baked in the same oven compartment. Temperature and/or humidity can be controlled during proofing and/or baking cycles. A blower may be used, for example, to exhaust gas to ambient to reduce heat and/or moisture in the compartment. For example, the blower may be used between proofing and baking cycles to prepare an environment in the oven compartment for the baking cycle.
STEAMER SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention provides a steamer system and method for efficiently steam cooking or heating food items and avoiding unnecessary usage stoppages or delays. The steamer system comprises an enclosed cooking space cavity, a water boiling apparatus for generating steam, a drain system, a power source, a processor, a display, and a graphical user interface accessible by a user via the display. The steamer system further comprises a series of water detection sensors positioned within the water boiling apparatus water reservoir at progressively higher points and electrically connected to the system processor. When a first water detection sensor is fouled, the system processor is configured to relinquish control to a second water detection sensor and initiate a shut down clock to allow limited continued use of the steamer before cleaning. If a third water detection sensor senses water at any time, the steamer system shuts down.
