20170260699 · 2017-09-14 ·

A planting system having a plurality of potting trays that can be interconnected in a modular fashion to create a multitude of different configurations. Each potting tray has a plurality of holes operatively connected with a conduit through which plumbing can be incorporated into the planting system to water plants in the potting trays via the plurality of holes. A plurality of pedestals may be used to elevate the planting system. Lateral braces may be used to interconnect the plurality of pedestals.

Disclosed may be an intermediate surface for supporting a small paver, wherein the surface can also be used to exchange heat with the pavers. In one embodiment, the apparatus may be a tray defined by a frame with a lattice for supporting pavers. The tray preferably features a tubing track throughout the lattice to accommodate heat exchange tubing. In operation the tray may be positioned above a pedestal or directly on a subsurface. In embodiment, the tray may be outfitted with insulation and a metal plate so that heat may be exchanged with pedestals via fluid passing through tubing installed throughout the lattice. In a preferred embodiment, the tray features a slot in its corners for receiving a locking disk or locking slider.

Honeycomb decoupling sheet

Honeycomb decoupling sheet, comprising a plurality of reliefs and concavities that form upper and lower planes, and comprises a tessellated shape with a repeating hexagonal geometric unit, comprising a first central prominence, which configures a first air chamber; a first concavity around the previous one; six second prominences corresponding to a third of the first prominence and located at the vertices of the unit and, a third of first concavity around each second prominence, and; six equidistant second concavities, with radial distribution with respect to the center of the unit, which determine a circular matrix between the first concavity and the thirds of first concavity, where the plurality of reliefs configures a lattice between the first and second concavities that forms a second continuous air chamber incommunicable with each first chamber, where the first and second concavities are incommunicable with each other.

SELF-ASSEMBLY HOT WATER MAT WITH PARALLEL FLOW

Disclosed is a self-assembly hot water mat, which forms an MN matrix (M and N are natural numbers of 1 or more) by assembling at least two unit hot water mats. The self-assembly hot water mat forms a parallel hot water flow including the N number of serial heating flow paths (each branch hot water flow path having the M number of heating pipes), in which the hot water introduced in the first direction through the hot water boiler is converted into the second direction, then is divided into the N number of branch flow paths to flow in the first direction according to a predetermined pattern, and then is collected in the second direction and returned to the hot water boiler.

A slab covering installation includes a substrate (14) and an uncoupling mat (1) fastened to the substrate (14). A flexible plastic layer (2) is made of plastic film with structuring that defines indentations (6) provided with undercuts (5) on a first, top side (4) and cavities (8) positioned between the indentations (6) on an opposite second, bottom side (7). A fleece or fabric (3) is securely connected to the bottom side (7) covering the cavities (8). A cross-section of the indentations (6) in at least some corner regions (10) increases from the bottom side (7) toward the top side (4). A thin bed mortar (16) is installed atop the uncoupling mat such that the thin bed mortar substantially fills the indentations (6) beneath the undercuts (5). A slab covering (15) can be fastened to the thin bed mortar atop the uncoupling mat.
