An air conditioner indoor unit includes: a shell having an air inlet and an air outlet, the air outlet is located at the bottom of the shell; and at least one heat exchanger group. The air flows through the air inlet and is subjected to heat exchange via the at least one heat exchanger group, and then flows out from the air outlet. The heat exchanger group includes: a first heat exchanger; a second heat exchanger arranged to be inclined with respect to a first direction, a lower end portion of the second heat exchanger being connected to an upper end portion of the first heat exchanger; a third heat exchanger spaced apart from the first heat exchanger; and a fourth heat exchanger arranged to be inclined with respect to the first direction.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger is provided that is operated in a cooling operation mode in which a region to be heat-exchanged is cooled by the heat exchanger or in a drying operation mode in which the heat exchanger is supplied with wind from a blowing fan. The heat exchanger includes a refrigerant pipe, a cooling fin coupled to the refrigerant pipe, and a hydrophilic coating coated on a surface of the refrigerant pipe or the cooling fin. The hydrophilic coating includes a first type transition metal oxide which becomes acidic by reacting with moisture formed on the refrigerant pipe or the cooling fin to have antimicrobial activity when the heat exchanger is operated in the cooling operation mode, and a second type transition metal oxide or a post-transition metal oxide which has antimicrobial activity when the heat exchanger is operated in the drying operation mode.

Heat Exchanger For A Heating, Ventilation, And Air-Conditioning System

A heat exchanger for receiving an airflow having an uneven intensity distribution across the heat exchanger and for flowing refrigerant within the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes sections of microchannel tubes for flowing refrigerant through at least one pass through the heat exchanger, wherein the sections are configured according to the airflow across the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger may be used in an HVAC system. A method may also be performed to manufacture the heat exchanger.

This air conditioner unit comprises a heat exchanger, but does not comprise any device that forcibly passes air to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger can be installed in a partition part that demarcates a target space from areas outside of the target space, and is configured such that an airflow in contact with the heat exchanger can pass through. The heat exchanger is configured so that a fluid can flow through the interior thereof. Due to a fluid having a temperature different from the outside air temperature flowing through the heat exchanger, the temperature of the airflow flowing from outside of the target space into the target space is changed, and the air inside the target space is conditioned by the airflow of which the temperature was changed.

HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONER INCLUDING HEAT EXCHANGER

A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of flat tubes; a fin in which a plurality of notches are arranged side by side in a vertical direction, the fin having a plurality of intermediate portions and a connecting portion connecting the intermediate portions to each other; and a first bulging portion having an upper end edge and a lower end edge provided between a first notch and a second notch, the upper end edge being positioned in the intermediate portion and the lower end edge being positioned in the connecting portion. The upper end edge has a first upper end positioned on an intermediate portion side, and a second upper end positioned on a connecting portion side, the first upper end being positioned to be higher than the second upper end, or the first upper end being positioned at the same height as the second upper end.

HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEMS

A heat transfer system (e.g., a heat pump) can include at least a first fin array and at least a first pump disposed in fluid communication with the first fin array and configured to cause a first fluid to flow through the first fin array. The system can include at least a first heat transfer layer attached to and/or in thermal communication with the first fin array. The first heat transfer layer can define a second fluid flow path therein for a second fluid to flow fluidly isolated from the first fluid. The first heat transfer layer and the first fin array can be configured to cause heat transfer between the first fluid and the second fluid.
