The present invention is related in general to air circulators, and in particular, to an air circulator with a vein control system to direct and adjust airflow patterns. According to an exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides adjustable, vertical veins that are attached to the outlet of a tower fan. According to a preferred embodiment, the veins are pivotally mounted in such a way that by turning a knob, the veins can either be directed into a focused air-flow pattern or adjusted to a divergent air-flow pattern, or at any setting in between.

The air outlet guider includes a central hub connected to the driving motor, a plurality of outlet guiding blades outwardly extended from the central hub, and a peripheral rim connected to the central hub at a distance from the central hub to form an air guiding cavity between the central hub and the peripheral rim. The outlet guiding blades extend in the air guiding cavity. When the driving motor is activated to draw air from the air inlet, the air is forced to sequentially pass through the filter assembly and the guiding cavity. The air in the air guiding cavity is diverted and guided by the outlet guiding blades to form a more streamlined flow which is to be discharged through the air outlet.

An air duct in communication with the air inlet, the dehumidified air outlet, and the purified air outlet is formed in the housing. The fan is arranged in the air duct and configured to introduce an airflow into the air duct from the air inlet and blow the airflow in the air duct out from at least one of the dehumidified air outlet or the purified air outlet. The dehumidifier assembly is arranged in the air duct and corresponding to the dehumidified air outlet. The purifier assembly is arranged in the air duct and corresponding to the purified air outlet.
