Air conditioner
Disclosed is an air conditioner. The air conditioner includes: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit that circulates a refrigerant between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, in which the outdoor unit includes a heat exchanger that exchanges heat with the refrigerant and a housing that houses the heat exchanger, the housing includes a first plate that is provided to surround the heat exchanger, and a second plate that is provided to cover an opening formed on an edge of the first plate, has a ventilation hole through which air is circulated between inside and outside of the housing, is made of a material having greater corrosion resistance than that of the first plate, and includes a screw coupling part provided to be coupled to the first plate.
HEAT-RADIATION APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A heat-radiation apparatus includes a housing and a plurality of heat-radiation modules which are aligned in a vertically-slanted manner with a predetermined inclination angle to a vertical line in the housing. A plurality of heat-radiation modules includes a plurality of heat exchangers which is aligned together in parallel and equipped with a plurality of fans to parallelize axial lines thereof with each other. In a manufacturing method of the heat-radiation apparatus, the number of heat-radiation modules is adjusted according to a radiation amount which is determined in advance.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes: a main body; and a tube sheet that is bonded to the main body with a brazing material and is used to fix the main body to a support by a fixing member. The tube sheet includes: a bonding surface to which the brazing material is applied; a rising portion that rises from the bonding surface; and a through-hole through which the fixing member is passed. The through-hole is opened at the rising portion, penetrates the tube sheet, and has an inner peripheral surface to which the brazing material is not applied. The main body includes heat transfer tubes through which refrigerant flows, and the tube sheet is bonded to surface of the heat transfer tube.

HOUSING ASSEMBLY, AIR-CONDITIONER OUTDOOR UNIT, AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A housing assembly includes a panel having a plurality of sub-panels including a first sub-panel and at least one second sub-panel, the first sub-panel being fitted with an electric control box of an air-conditioner outdoor for shielding the electric control box. According to the housing assembly provided in the present disclosure, when an electric control box is to be maintained, only the first sub-panel is removed to expose the electric control box, without removing two panels to expose the electric control box, thereby reducing the difficulty of electric control maintenance and improving the convenience of electric control maintenance.

Heat exchanger assembly
A heat exchanger mounting assembly for use in an HVAC system includes a frame for mounting a heat exchanger operably coupled to at least two sides of a heat exchanger housing, the frame having at least two mounting rails, each mounting rail having a first mounting rail side, and second mounting rail side, a proximate end and a distal end; and at least two coil support members extending from the first mounting rail side; and at least one connection member located on the second mounting rail side; and at least one support rail configured to engage the second mounting rail side of the at least two mounting rails; and at least two cross rails operably coupled to each of the at least two coil support members; and a heat exchanger, comprising at least one coil header operably coupled to at least two coil support members.
HEAT MEDIUM RELAY DEVICE
A heat medium relay device includes: a valve block provided in a third space, and including a plurality of valves to allow a secondary heat medium subjected to the heat exchange at a first heat exchanger and a secondary heat medium subjected to the heat exchange at a second heat exchanger to flow to at least one indoor unit, the valve block being lighter in weight than each of the first heat exchanger, a first pump, the second heat exchanger, and a second pump.

HVAC condenser coil isolators
In one instance, an isolator for a heating, ventilating, and cooling (HVAC) system is provided that is a formed plastic member that is disposed between dissimilar metals of the bottom of the condenser and a base pan that supports the condenser or between two dissimilar metals of another HVAC heat exchanger. The isolator separates the two dissimilar metals involved from each of those components and also provides gaps or apertures to drain any water that otherwise might become standing water that potentially causes oxidation or increased oxidation. Other aspects are disclosed.
