STORM COVER FOR BUILDING OPENINGS SUCH AS THROUGH THE WALL AIR CONDITIONING (PTAC) OPENING
A cover assembly is constructed and arranged for secure, removable installation over any suitable wall opening. The cover assembly may comprise a cover operably connected to a cover securement component. The cover securement component may be a strap and a strap ratchet. The cover assembly is constructed and arranged for installation over an opening such as a wall PTAC sleeve. The cover securement component may further comprise a strap attachment panel affixed to the cover, the strap ratchet being constructed and arranged to retain and secure the strap. In use, the strap may extend around and hold the cover in place. The present invention provides a solution that is easily and quickly installed, and may be conveniently stored. The cover assembly of the present invention may therefore provide convenience, effectiveness and cost savings due to effective damage prevention and re-use.
BRACKET FOR WALLS
A bracket adapted to be attached to a wall, comprises a transverse support element and at least one support bracket. The at least one support bracket has an L-shape comprising an attachment arm and a support arm. The attachment arm comprises a first end provided with fastening means to said transverse support element and a second end adapted to couple with a corresponding end of the support arm. The attachment arm comprises a first portion and a second portion. The first portion and the second portion are connected to each other by means of hinging means, suitable for allowing a rotation and a relative translation between the first portion and the second portion.

Clamp for mounting a bracket at an offset from a wall, method for mounting a bracket on a wall and method for mounting a compressor on a wall
A clamp comprises a lower section and an upper section. The lower section has a U-shaped cross-section forming a channel extending along a first axis. The channel has a flat bottom and two sides extending from the bottom along a second axis. Openings are formed in the bottom of the channel. The upper section has two elongate plates that extend from the two sides of the channel along the first axis. The elongate plates are offset along the second axis from the bottom of the channel. Apertures pierced along a third axis are distributed along the first axis on each of the elongate plates. Corresponding apertures pierced in the two elongate plates are coaxial with each other. Two clamps are anchored on a wall at their channels and two brackets are bolted to the clamps to support a compressor while providing clearance of the compressor from the wall.

Structure and use of a panel with integrated air conditioner for prefabricated houses
An object is to provide an air conditioner-incorporating panel for a prefabricated house which can be safely moved so as to enhance the efficiency of operating of a step of assembling the prefabricated house. An outdoor unit P for an air conditioner is fixed to the outer surface of a wall panel 1 that is fitted to a prefabricated house. An indoor unit Q is fixed to the inner surface of the wall panel 1. A support base 2 is provided below the outdoor unit P on the side of a lower end portion of the outer surface of the wall panel 1. The wall panel 1, supported by the support base 2, is inclined so as to stand on its own at such an angle that loads on the inner and outer surfaces are equalized. Casters 3 are fitted to the lower surface of the support base 2.
