Duct positioned wicking evaporative humidifier
A wicking evaporative humidifier in which cartridge that includes a pad is inserted directly into an air flow through the wall of a duct that distributes conditioned air throughout a structure. A portion of the cartridge may be inserted into a tray filled with water, which may use capillary forces to wick water through the cartridge to the area of the cartridge that is inserted through the duct and within the air flow. Air passing through duct and through and around the cartridge pad evaporates the moisture wicked into the pad and distributes the moisture throughout the structure.

The housing comprises a top panel, wherein the housing defines an interior of the evaporative air cooler. The tank is positioned at least partially adjacent the top panel, wherein the tank is configured to receive, store, and release liquid. The filter structure comprises a filter, wherein the filter is configured to absorb the liquid. The fan is configured to draw air into the interior and direct the air through the filter structure and out of the interior.
HUMIDIFYING DEVICE, AIR CLEANER AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
The present disclosure provides a humidifying device, including: a container, configured to accommodate a liquid; a first moisture absorptive member, partially or completely dipped in the liquid in the container; a second moisture absorptive member with air permeability, in contact with or isolated from the first moisture absorptive member; and a driving member, configured to control movement of the second moisture absorptive member, so as to allow the second moisture absorptive member to be in contact with or isolated from the first moisture absorptive member. The humidifying device according to the present disclosure can be applied in household appliances such as air cleaners and air conditioners. The operation and shut down of the humidification function is controlled, so as to avoid formation of superfluous air resistance when the humidification function is shut down. The present disclosure further provides an air cleaner and a household appliance, including the humidifying device provided according to the present disclosure. The air cleaner and the household appliance are not only simple in structure, effective in cost, and convenient in installation, but are also quiet when in operation.
HUMIDIFIER SYSTEM
A system that provides effective and efficient introduction of water droplets into an air flow. The water droplets are sufficiently small so as to evaporate primarily before leaving the mixing enclosure where the droplets are injected by spray nozzles. Large droplets are kept to a minimum, thus reducing condensation and water accumulation to a very small amount. An amount of water usage is significantly less than that of a conventional evaporative humidifier of the same capacity. The present system may be placed in an enclosure that can readily replace other conventional evaporative humidifiers in enclosures. The present enclosure and system may be installed in lieu of a conventional enclosure and evaporative humidifier with minimal effort. The present enclosure has features that facilitate droplet to air mixing, viewing, humidification, and testing. In permissible situations, the present system may replace a conventional system but retain the conventional enclosure.
High-efficiency air water system for tropical climate
The present invention relates to a high-efficiency air water system for a tropical climate, including a filtration system, in which an evaporator is provided in an internal accommodating space of a main body, and a condenser is installed in a perforated portion formed passing through a side wall of the main body, so that air cooled in the main body is used to dissipate heat generated in the condenser so as to improve dehumidification efficiency. The configuration of the high-efficiency air water system comprises: an air suctioning unit that suctions and supplies external air; a water generating unit that condenses moisture from the air supplied from the air suctioning unit to generate water; and a water purifying unit that filters and purifies the water generated by the water generating unit to a drinkable or usable state. The water generating unit is constituted by including a main body having an accommodating space provided therein, and an evaporator, a hopper, a water storing part, a condenser, and a compressor are installed in the main body.
Humidification module for an air treatment apparatus
The present disclosure relates to an humidification attachment module (66) arranged to be coupled with an air treatment apparatus (10), the module comprising a fluid dispensing unit (88) for a humidification fluid that is supplied by a fluid reservoir (86), a flow inlet (74) for an inlet air flow (120), a first flow path defined between the flow inlet (74) and a first flow outlet (76), a second flow path defined between the flow inlet (74) and a second flow outlet (78), and a flow dividing unit (100), wherein the first flow path bypasses the fluid dispensing unit (88), wherein the second flow path passes through the fluid dispensing unit (88), and wherein the flow dividing unit (100) is operable to divide an overall flow through the humidification module into a first flow path component (122) and a second flow path component (124). The present disclosure further relates to air treatment apparatus (10) and to a method of augmenting an air treatment apparatus (10).
AIR CONDITIONER
An air conditioner includes: an air blower configured to take air from an inlet, and to blow the air from an outlet; a filter configured to purify the air; a first chamber and a second chamber taking the air purified by the filter; a humidification filter provided in the second chamber, and humidifying the air taken into the second chamber; and a divider opening and closing an opening that provides communication between the first chamber and the second chamber, and adjusting a volume of the air taken from the first chamber into the second chamber. The air taken from the first chamber into the second chamber and/or the air taken into the second chamber is blown from the outlet.
AIR PURIFIER
An air purifier includes: a housing; a fan in the housing; an outlet in a top face of the housing, air being blown out via the outlet; an air passage spatially connecting the fan to the outlet; and an illumination unit configured to illuminate the air passage, wherein the air passage includes an upstream, first air passage and a downstream, second air passage, the first air passage extends upwards, the second air passage has a curved surface or an inclined surface inclined with respect to the first air passage, and the illumination unit illuminates the curved surface or the inclined surface.
