HEAT EXCHANGER AND HEAT EXCHANGE VENTILATOR
A heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between a supply air flow and an exhaust air flow includes: a heat exchange element in a prism shape; a plurality of frame bars, each of the plurality of frame bars being attached to a corresponding side of the heat exchange element, the corresponding side extending along an axial direction of the heat exchange element; and an end face plate at least partially covering an axial end face of the heat exchange element, the plurality of frame bars being joined to the end face plate. The frame bars are joined to the end face plate in such a way as to be movable in the axial direction of the heat exchange element.
VENTILATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
A ventilation system including a ventilator and a processor. The ventilator includes a housing, first intake, second intake, first outlet, second outlet, dampers, first air blower, second air blower, total heat exchanger, and heat exchanger. The processor is configured to change the air flow path of air flowing through the housing from an intake flow path and discharge flow path while in a ventilation mode to a heat exchanger cleaning mode or a total heat exchanger drying mode, in which air in the room flows into the housing through the first outlet, passes through the heat exchanger and then the total heat exchanger, and is discharged to the space outside the room through the second outlet.

DEHUMIDIFYING ELEMENT, DEHUMIDIFYING DEVICE INCLUDING DEHUMIDIFYING ELEMENT, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DEHUMIDIFYING ELEMENT
A dehumidifying element includes a plurality of sheets that have moisture adsorption and desorption properties and that are stacked on top of each another. At least some of the sheets each have an irregular shape. The sheets each contain a hygroscopic agent having properties of a re-moistening-type glue that exhibits adherence when adsorbing moisture and that solidifies when being dried. The sheets are bonded to each other by the hygroscopic agent.
DESICCANT COATED FAN BLADE
A system and method utilize one or more fans each having fan blades. The fan blades have a desiccant material on an outer surface. The desiccant material is operable to adsorb airborne moisture in an ambient airflow and desorb moisture in a heated airflow. The fan blades are operable to drive one or both of the ambient airflow and heated airflow via rotation of the fan.
