The integrated device includes a valve configured to regulate a flow of a fluid through a conduit and an actuator. The actuator includes a motor and a drive device. The drive device is driven by the motor and coupled to the valve for driving the valve between multiple positions. The integrated device further includes a processing circuit coupled to the motor. The processing circuit is configured to detect device identifying information for the valve or the actuator and to detect the integrated device location within the building.

The controller is configured to (i) receive electrical signals from the vibration detector, (ii) compare the electrical signals to a reference signal, (iii) determine the performance characteristic of the component based on the results of the comparison, and (iv) output a signal corresponding to the performance characteristic of the component to a user display. The controller may also request maintenance and/or order parts automatically.

The second ventilation device includes a second fan. The sensor is attached to the first ventilation device. The sensor is configured to detect a state of air and to transmit a detection signal indicative of the detected state of air. The electronic controller is configured to receive the detection signal of the sensor and to control the first ventilation device and the second ventilation device based on the detection signal.
