PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF POTASSIUM MANGANATE
The present disclosure provides a production system and a production method of potassium manganate, belonging to the technical field of production of potassium manganate. The production system of potassium manganate comprises a hot air generating device, a production device and a circulating air pipeline. The hot air generating device is configured provide hot air in a manner of burning fuel gas. The production device is configured to absorb heat in the hot air generated by the hot air generating device. The circulating air pipeline is configured to introduce the hot air passing through the production device into the hot air generating device to adjust temperature of the hot air.
TRANSVERSE FUEL FIRED FORCED AIR SPACE HEATER
A fuel (e.g., fluid fuel such as propane or natural gas) fired portable forced air heater has a non-linear air flow and an enclosed combustion chamber. Air intake is longitudinal, and heated air output is axial (i.e., perpendicular to the longitudinal axis). Aspects of the invention eliminate an exposed open flame in forced air fluid fuel fired space heaters. Feet and handles of the heater housing are shaped so as to provide appropriate safety clearances for the heater, and the air flow path of the heater keeps a housing of the heater near room temperature.
Hot Air Blower
A hot air blower includes a fuel tank, an air compression pump for compressing air, a pressure regulating valve to decompress the compressed air. The hot air blower also includes a burner assembly and a combustion chamber for receiving fuel from the burner assembly to combust the fuel. The pressure regulating valve includes a high-pressure pressure regulating valve and a low-pressure pressure regulating valve. The low-pressure pressure regulating valve is provided with a low pressure valve opening and closing unit. The low pressure valve opening and closing unit includes a valve body installed communicating with a low pressure discharge port and having an inlet formed in the center of the front portion thereof to communicate with the low pressure discharge port, an outlet formed in the side surface thereof and communicating with the inlet, and an accommodation hole formed therein and communicating with both the inlet and the outlet.
Portable Heater
A portable heater with features to prevent or minimize fuel gelling is disclosed. The portable heater can include a fuel tank, a burner assembly, a combustion chamber tube, and a fuel line extending between the fuel tank and the burner assembly. In one aspect, at least a portion of the fuel line is heated by the combustion chamber tube. The fuel line can extend along an exterior side of the combustion chamber tube. Where the combustion chamber tube is an inner tube disposed within an outer combustion chamber tube, the fuel line can extend within an interstitial space defined between the combustion chamber inner and outer tubes. A preheater may also be provided in the fuel tank to preheat fuel proximate an inlet of the fuel line.
Blow Through Direct Fired Heating, A/C And ERV
According to various aspects, exemplary embodiments are disclosed of blow through direct fired heaters including evaporator coils and/or energy recovery ventilation.
Heating device as well as method for mounting a heating device
A heating device, in particular a gas-heating system, including a housing structure and an external housing, the external housing having at least one sidewall and at least one cover, which are able to be fixed in place on the housing structure. The at least one cover is developed to position the at least one sidewall in at least one direction in space relative to the housing structure. A method for mounting a heating device is also described.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR SNOW REMOVAL
A process for melting a snow mound located on a ground surface comprises the steps of actuating a heat emitting apparatus and inserting an elongate portion of the heat emitting apparatus into the snow mound so as to emit heat into a central portion of the snow mound, wherein the elongate portion is proximate the ground surface. As the snow melts within the interior or central portion of the snow mound, a cavity forms within the snow mound which creates an insulating container for retaining the emitted heat within the container during the melting process, thereby increasing the efficiency of the heat transfer from the heat emitting apparatus to the snow. A portable heat emitting apparatus is also provided.
Blow through direct fired heating, A/C and ERV
According to various aspects, exemplary embodiments are disclosed of blow through direct fired heaters including evaporator coils and/or energy recovery ventilation.
Burning device with an air amplifier
A burning device includes a body and an air amplifier mounted in the body. The air amplifier includes a fuel channel between an inlet and an outlet of the air amplifier. The fuel channel includes an intermediate section between an inlet section and an outlet section. A width of the inlet section gradually decreases from the inlet towards the intermediate section. A width of the outlet section gradually increases from the intermediate section towards the outlet. A width of the intermediate section is smaller than the width of the inlet section and the width of the outlet section. The air amplifier includes a plurality of side channels. Each side channel extends along an extending axis not intersecting with a longitudinal axis of the fuel gas channel and includes an inner end intercommunicating with the fuel channel and an outer end intercommunicating with an outer periphery of the air amplifier.
PARAMETRICALLY OPTIMIZED FLAMELESS HEATER SYSTEM TO GENERATE HEAT
The flameless heater system includes an energy source comprising a diesel engine configured to create volumes of air, a hydraulic system to control engine loading for heat generation and for air moving, and a control system, operatively coupled with the energy source and the hydraulic system to control at least one of a speed of the diesel engine, a loading of the diesel engine, or a fan speed.
