HEATING UNIT WITH BOTTOM MOUNTED BLOWER UNIT
A heating unit for heating a fluid includes a tank, a burner element, and a lower unit. The tank defines top and bottom ends and includes an outer wrap, an inner wrap, and a cooling chamber. The outer wrap extends along an axial centerline defined by the tank. The inner wrap is disposed within the outer wrap. The cooling chamber is defined in-part by and is disposed between the inner and outer wraps along a radial direction of the tank. The burner element is disposed on the top end of the tank. The blower unit is disposed on the bottom end of the tank and is in fluid communication with the burner element via the cooling chamber. An outlet of the blower unit is disposed along the axial centerline of the tank.
Heat exchanger and hot water apparatus
A latent heat recovery heat exchanger includes a case, a heat exchange portion, and a straightening vane. The heat exchange portion includes a plurality of heat transfer plates surrounded by a peripheral wall portion of the case and layered on one another, each of the plurality of heat transfer plates extending in a direction from an inlet toward an outlet. The straightening vane includes a top plate portion covering the plurality of heat transfer plates so as to close a space between the plurality of heat transfer plates in end portions of the plurality of heat transfer plates in a direction intersecting with a direction of layering of the plurality of heat transfer plates when the heat exchange portion is viewed from the inlet toward the outlet.
Integrated pressure condensing boiler
An integrated pressure condensing boiler is provided which relates to the technical field of boilers. The integrated pressure condensing boiler includes a pressure-bearing housing, a heat-exchange furnace arranged in the pressure-bearing housing, a combustion chamber communicating with the heat-exchange furnace and cooling tube groups fixed in the heat-exchange furnace. Heat-exchange medium flows from bottom to top in the pressure-bearing housing and in the cooling tube groups, and exchanges heat with high-temperature flue gas flowing from top to bottom in the heat-exchange furnace, thus achieving a counterflow heat exchanging. The heat-exchange furnace includes a multi-stage heat-exchange chamber with each heat-exchange chamber being cylindrical. The heat-exchange chambers are arranged in sequence from top to bottom to achieve a flue gas diffusing manner that high-temperature flue gas diffuses from center part to periphery and then gathers from periphery to center part.

Hot water apparatus
A hot water apparatus includes a burner, a latent heat recovery heat exchanger, a housing, a fixing member, an attachment member, and a straightening vane. The fixing member is configured to fix the latent heat recovery heat exchanger to the housing. The attachment member is configured to attach the fixing member to a case. The straightening vane is arranged in the case. The attachment member protrudes into the case. The straightening vane includes a top plate portion arranged upstream from the attachment member in a direction of flow of the heating gas in the case.
GAS FUELED WATER HEATER APPLIANCE HAVING A FLAME ARRESTOR
A gas fueled water heater appliance having a flame arrestor is provided herein. The gas fueled water heater appliance may include a tank for storage of water for heater, a chamber wall, a gas burner, and the flame arrestor. The gas burner may be positioned adjacent to the tank and within a combustion chamber. The flame arrestor may be positioned beneath the gas burner. The flame arrestor may include a bottom plate and a top plate. The bottom plate may define a non-permeable region and a perforated region. The perforated region may include a plurality of apertures extending through the top plate. The top plate may be positioned above the bottom plate and may define a non-permeable region and a perforated region. The perforated region may include a plurality of apertures extending through the top plate.
Burner Plate and Gasket for Water Heater
A burner mounting plate and a burner gasket are provided. A bottom portion of the burner mounting plate includes a groove configured to receive the burner gasket. The burner mounting plate also includes one or more mechanical stops protruding from the groove at various intervals. The burner gasket is shaped such that the burner gasket fits within the groove around the mechanical stops to prevent over compression of the burner gasket. The burner mounting plate also includes one or more protrusions corresponding to one or more apertures provided on the burner gasket. Further, an adhesive may be provided on the burner mounting plate and/or the burner gasket. This all serves to secure the burner gasket to the burner mounting plate to prevent the burner gasket from moving within the groove or falling out of the groove during installation.
