Electronic toilet switchable between cold water and hot water and method of controlling same
An electronic toilet and method of controlling the same. The electronic toilet includes a controller, a water spraying cleaner, a water chiller having a cold-water outlet pipe and a cold-water electromagnetic valve disposed on the cold-water outlet pipe, a water heater having a hot-water outlet pipe and a hot-water electromagnetic valve disposed on the hot-water outlet pipe, and a booster water pump. A water inlet of the booster water pump is connected to a confluent water outlet pipe of the water chiller through a water outlet pipe of the cold-water electromagnetic valve and the water heater through a water outlet pipe of the hot-water electromagnetic valve. A water outlet of the booster water pump is connected to the water spraying cleaner.
WATER THERMOREGULATION DEVICE HAVING AN ELECTRIC HEAT PUMP
A water mixing system attached to an existing plumbing system supplying ambient temperature water and providing temperature regulated water to a user. The water mixing system includes an insulated water tank, a heat pump connected to the insulated water tank with a heat rejecting radiator inside the insulated water tank and a heat absorbing radiator outside the insulated water tank, a temperature detector in the insulated water tank, and one outlet of the insulated water tank connected to a first inlet of a first dispensing water tank. Having a second inlet to receive the ambient temperature water from the existing plumbing system and at least one dispensing outlet, the first dispensing water tank provides mixed water of a desirable temperature from heated water from the insulated water tank and the ambient temperature water via control of the valves attached to the first inlet and the second inlet.
APPARATUS FOR WATER TEMPERATURE REGULATION

Having a second inlet to receive the ambient temperature water from the existing plumbing system and at least one dispensing outlet, the first dispensing water tank provides mixed water of a desirable temperature from heated water from the insulated water tank and the ambient temperature water via control of the valves attached to the first inlet and the second inlet.
ELECTRIC DEVICE, POWER CONSUMPTION REDUCTION SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION ADAPTER, AND POWER CONSUMPTION REDUCTION METHOD
In an electrical apparatus, a power consumer consumes power. A request acquirer acquires a request for reducing power consumed by the power consumer. Upon the request acquirer acquiring the request, a power controller controls the power consumer based on at least one of environmental information relating to an ambient environment of the electrical apparatus, apparatus information relating to the electrical apparatus, or time information, to reduce the power.

WATER BOILER
A water boiler comprises an inner tank, an electric heating pipe, and a controller. A lower cover is attached to a mouth of the inner tank. The lower cover comprises an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, wherein an outlet port at a lower part of the inlet pipe is in communication with lower part within the inner tank. An inlet port of a lower part of the outlet pipe is in communication with an upper part of the inner tank. The lower cover is arranged beneath the upper cover. An upper part of the inlet pipe passes through the upper cover. A cavity is formed between the lower cover and the upper cover. The cavity is partitioned into an upper chamber and a lower chamber by a diaphragm. The lower chamber is in communication with an outer space.
Combined water heater and thermostatic control
A combined water heater and thermostatic control device that combines the functionality of a water heater, thermostat and shut off valve, and may be installed in various aircraft lavatory applications to facilitate installation, consolidate functions, and reduce the probability of leaks. The combined device may include a water tank assembly, a torque motor valve and servo valve assembly, and a shut-off valve assembly. The combined device may also include a temperature control unit that senses water temperature in a water tank assembly and may activate a water heater.

WASHER LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM
A washer liquid supply system is disclosed which includes: a washer tank mounted on a vehicle to store washer liquid; a supply section mounted on the vehicle to supply the washer liquid in the washer tank to an object of the vehicle; a heat-retaining tank mounted on the vehicle and disposed between the washer tank and the supply section to temporarily store the washer liquid supplied from the washer tank to the supply section; a delivering section mounted on the vehicle to deliver the washer liquid stored in the washer tank to the supply section through the heat-retaining tank; and a control section that controls the delivering section, wherein the control section controls the delivering section to temporarily increase a delivering amount of the washer liquid at an initial time of supplying the washer liquid.
Electric water heater having dry fire protection capability
A water heater has a tank with at least one heating element. A non-invasive liquid level sensor is disposed in communication with a water containing volume encompassing the tank volume. If a signal received from the sensor indicates the at least one heating element is immersed in water, power is provided to the heating element. If the signal indicates the at least one heating element is not immersed in water, power is prevented from being provided to the heating element.
