A first valve member switches between a first communication state, in which a first inlet passage communicates with a first outlet passage and a second inlet passage is closed, and a second communication state, in which the second inlet passage communicates with the first outlet passage and the first inlet passage is closed. A second valve member switches between an opening state and a throttle state in which a smaller volume of a fluid flows from the third inlet passage to the second outlet passage as compared to the opening state. A valve driving member switches between a first operation state, in which the first valve member sets the first communication state and the second valve member sets the opening state, and a second operation state, in which the first valve member sets the second communication state and the second valve member sets the throttle state.

Heat pump refrigerant loop arrangements

A heat pump includes a refrigerant loop. The refrigerant loop includes a compressor, a first condenser, a vapor generator having a first region and a second region, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, and a first evaporator. A branching point is positioned between the first condenser and the vapor generator. The branching point diverts a portion of a first heat exchange fluid circulating through the refrigerant loop to the vapor generator. The first expansion valve is positioned between the branching point and the vapor generator. An outlet vapor generator is coupled to a mid-pressure inlet port of the compressor.

ELECTRONIC EXPANSION VALVE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREFOR

An electronic expansion valve and an assembly method therefor. The electronic expansion valve includes a screw rod component, a movable connection component, a valve pin component and an elastic element. One end of the elastic element abuts the movable connection component, and the other end thereof abuts the valve pin component. In the period from the valve pin component closing the valve port part to the screw rod component moving a pre-set displacement amount in the valve closing direction, the elastic element does not generate an elastic force pushing the valve pin component towards the valve port part; and in the period from the valve pin component closing the valve port part to in a case that the screw rod component moving more than the pre-set displacement amount in the valve closing direction, the elastic element generates an elastic force pushing the valve pin component towards the valve port part.

Air conditioner

An air conditioner includes an outdoor unit including a compressor, first and second indoor heat exchangers to receive a refrigerant from the outdoor unit, the second indoor heat exchanger receiving the refrigerant independently of the first indoor heat exchanger, and a fan disposed between the first and second indoor heat exchangers. First and second refrigerant pipes form flow paths between the outdoor unit and the first and second indoor heat exchangers. First and second expansion valves are disposed on the first and second refrigerant pipes. Third and fourth refrigerant pipes form flow paths between the compressor and the first and second indoor heat exchangers. A first opening and closing valve selectively opens and closes a fifth refrigerant pipe to selectively allow refrigerant to flow between the second and third refrigerant pipes. Second and third opening and closing valves selectively open and close the second and third refrigerant pipes.

EXPANSION SWITCH VALVE

An expansion switch valve includes a valve body, where an inlet, an outlet, and an internal passage in communication between the inlet and the outlet are formed on the valve body, a first valve plug and a second valve plug that are coaxial and are spaced apart from each other are mounted on the internal passage, the first valve plug makes the inlet and the outlet in direct communication or out of communication, and the second valve plug makes the inlet and the outlet in communication through a throttle hole or out of communication. In this way, an opening/closure control function or a throttle expansion control function can be implemented on a refrigerant by integrally mounting the first valve plug and the second valve plug that are coaxial and are spaced apart from each other on the internal passage of the same valve body. A structure is simple, and production and installation are easy.
