CONNECTOR AND VEHICLE HEAT EXCHANGER COMPRISING SAME
The present invention relates to a connector provided between a condenser and a receiver driver and configured to fixedly couple the condenser and the receiver driver, and a vehicle heat exchanger including the same, and more particularly, to a connector capable of improving weldability between the receiver dryer side and the connector by means of a pipe-shaped clad plate or a ring-shaped clad seating member, and a vehicle heat exchanger including the same.
Attachment device for heat exchanger
The invention concerns an attachment device (3) for a heat exchanger (2) comprising a core (23) for exchanging heat between a first fluid and a second fluid, said core (23) being provided with collectors (21) for the first fluid, said exchanger (2) comprising a cylinder (25), said cylinder (25) and one of said collectors (21) allowing the passage of said first fluid from one to the other, said attachment device (3) comprising a body, which is set up in order to close said cylinder (25), and an extension which allows the core (23) to be secured to a holder (4). The invention also concerns a cylinder (25) which comprises such an attachment device (3), a heat exchanger (2) which comprises such a cylinder (25) and a heat exchanging module which comprises such a heat exchanger (2).
Condenser
A condenser includes a condensation section, a super-cooling section located above the condensation section, and a liquid receiver. The liquid receiver has a first space communicating with the condensation section through a refrigerant inlet and a second space located above the first space and communicating with the super-cooling section through a refrigerant outlet. A partition member is provided in the liquid receiver in order to divide the internal space of the liquid receive into the first space and the second space. A suction pipe which is open at upper and lower ends thereof and which establishes communication between the first space and the second space is disposed in the first space of the liquid receiver. The partition member has an internal volume adjustment portion for increasing the internal volume of the first space and decreasing the internal volume of the second space.
Receiver for a heat exchanger and heat exchanger, especially condenser, equipped thereof
A receiver for a heat exchanger, especially a condenser of a refrigerant system, is disclosed. The receiver has a hollow body and a closure closing the body. The body defines an internal volume configured to receive a fluid flowing through the heat exchanger, and the closure is adapted to establish a communication of the fluid between said internal volume and a flange of the heat exchanger. The closure is removable from the flange and detachably coupled to the body. A heat exchanger, especially a condenser equipped thereof, is also disclosed.
Condenser
A condenser includes a first header tank, a second header tank, a third header tank, a plurality of first heat exchange tubes, a plurality of second heat exchange tubes, a refrigerant passable tubular body, and a desiccant container. The first header tank is provided on one side of the condenser and has a gas-liquid separation function. The plurality of first heat exchange tubes extend in an extending direction between the first header tank and the third header tank to connect the first header tank and the third header tank. The refrigerant passable tubular body is provided in the first header tank. An upper end of the refrigerant passable tubular body is located above an upper end of the plurality of first heat exchange tubes. The desiccant container is provided above the refrigerant passable tubular body in the first header tank.
