REVERSE CYCLE DEFROST REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A refrigeration system in which a refrigerant is circulatable, the refrigeration system including an indoor coil assembly with an indoor coil and a suction header subassembly connected with indoor coil circuits of the indoor coil. The suction header subassembly includes a hollow suction header body defining a suction header bore therein and one or more extended spigots defining an extended spigot bore therein for directing the refrigerant into a selected one of the indoor coil circuits when operating in a defrost mode. The extended spigot includes an open inner end that is located in the suction header bore to receive a portion of the refrigerant flowing therethrough when the refrigeration system is operating in the defrost mode.

A heat exchange apparatus and a heat pump system provided with same are provided. The heat exchange apparatus includes a heat exchanger and a refrigerant adjustment container with an opening, the heat exchanger includes a first header, a second header and a plurality of heat exchange tubes, two ends of each heat exchange tube are respectively connected to the first header and the second header so as to connect the first header and the second header, and the opening of the refrigerant adjustment container is either of the first header and the second header.

A condenser includes a first and a second core and a receiver drier, the first and the second cores include a first and a second pair of collectors respectively for heat exchange fluid. At least the first pair of collectors are arranged substantially vertically. The receiver drier includes a tubular casing, an inlet and an outlet port, a desiccant section and a suction tube. The inlet and outlet ports are configured at opposite lateral ends of the tubular casing. The desiccant section is configured between the lateral ends of the tubular casing. The suction tube configures fluid communication between the desiccant section and the outlet port. The receiver drier is disposed horizontally. The suction tube enables receiving of the fluid from a lower portion of the tubular casing along the vertical direction and upstream of the suction tube in direction of fluid flow in the receiver drier.

A heat exchange apparatus and a heat pump system provided with same are provided. The heat exchange apparatus includes a heat exchanger and a refrigerant adjustment container with an opening, the heat exchanger includes a first header, a second header and a plurality of heat exchange tubes, two ends of each heat exchange tube are respectively connected to the first header and the second header so as to connect the first header and the second header, and the opening of the refrigerant adjustment container is either of the first header and the second header.
