Refrigerating device
A refrigerating device includes a cabinet, a condenser and a dehumidifying device. The cabinet defines a compartment therein and includes a rear panel, and an inner wall of the compartment defines an air permeable hole. The condenser is disposed to the rear panel. The dehumidifying device includes a casing and a dehumidifying assembly disposed in the casing, the casing is disposed to the rear panel and located outside the cabinet, the casing defines a first air through hole and a second air through hole in communication with the casing respectively, the first air through hole is communicated with the air permeable hole through an air communication assembly, and the second air through hole is communicated with an external environment.
Cold room combination vent and light
A combination light and pressure relief vent is disclosed which includes a housing, a valve assembly, and a light assembly. The housing include a multi-radial positionable valve body, port tube, and an outside louver. The valve assembly includes a low positive pressure exhaust valve, a high positive pressure exhaust valve, a low negative pressure intake valve, and a high negative pressure intake valve. The light assembly includes a heat sink casing which defines a heat chamber and which includes a projection extending into the heat chamber. The casing is coupled to an LED module wherein heat generated by the LED module is transferred through the casing to the heat chamber to warm the valve assembly.
Refrigeration appliance fan
A refrigeration appliance includes a freezer compartment. An ice maker return duct fluidly couples an ice maker compartment and the freezer compartment. A pressure sensor is positioned within the freezer compartment and is configured to detect a pressure differential between the freezer compartment and an external environment. A fan is positioned within the ice maker return duct and is configured to be activated when the pressure within the freezer compartment is lower than the external environment.
REFRIGERATOR
The present invention relates to a refrigerator that allows a user to easily open a door thereof. A refrigerator, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a cabinet having a storage compartment; left and right doors for opening and closing the storage compartment from the left and right; a door opening module provided to open the left and right doors; and having a single motor provided to rotate forward and backward; and a control unit for controlling forward and backward driving of the single motor, wherein the door opening module comprises: left and right racks provided to be moved by driving of the single motor so as to respectively open the left and right doors; a power transmission device for selectively transmitting a driving force of the single motor to the left and 4right racks; and a single switch provided to be turned on/off in conjunction with the power transmission device, and wherein the control unit detects a current position of the left and right racks through the switching-on/off of the single switch, and controls the forward and backward driving and stopping of the single motor.
Cold room combination vent and light
A combination light and pressure relief vent (10) is disclosed which includes a housing (11), a valve assembly (12), and a light assembly (13). The housing include a valve body (16), port tube (17), and an outside louver (18). The valve assembly includes a low positive pressure exhaust valve (57), a high positive pressure exhaust valve (59), a low negative pressure intake valve (61), and a high negative pressure intake valve (62). The light assembly includes a heat sink casing (68) which defines a heat chamber (37) and which includes a projection (80) extending into the heat chamber. The casing is coupled to an LED module (57) wherein heat generated by the LED module is transferred through the casing to the heat chamber to warm the valve assembly.

A refrigerator may include: a refrigerator compartment, a convertible compartment, an evaporator disposed in the convertible compartment; and a grill pan assembly forming a space where the evaporator is disposed by dividing the inside of the convertible compartment. The grill pan assembly may include an insulating member, a convertible compartment fan, a refrigerator compartment fan, and an opening device formed at the insulating member from the convertible compartment channel to the refrigerator compartment channel.
DRAIN HOSE ASSEMBLY AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDING THE SAME
A refrigerator includes: an evaporator housing provided behind a storage and including an evaporator for cooling the storage; a machine room disposed below the storage and provided with a discharge plug connected to the evaporator housing; a defrost tray installed in a lower portion of the machine room to collect defrost water discharged through the discharge plug; and a drain hose assembly connecting the discharge plug and the defrost water tray to allow the defrost water to flow toward the defrost water tray. The drain hose assembly includes a drain cap connected to the discharge plug and limiting introduction of external air into the evaporator housing and a drain hose having one end connected to the drain cap and another end connected to the defrost water tray, and a length of the drain hose assembly is adjustable by joining between the drain cap and the drain hose.
Refrigerator appliance and method with reduced freezer door opening force
A refrigerator appliance with a freezer chamber in fluid communication with a duct door of a dispenser assembly of the refrigerator appliance. Upon a proximity sensor detecting a user within a proximity range, the duct door is opened to reduce the pressure differential between the freezer chamber and the surrounding ambient air, thereby reducing the opening force required to open the freezer door.
