A first storage bin receives ice produced by an icemaker and includes a reversible ice mover that when operated in a first direction feeds an ice dispenser, and when operated in a second direction feeds a second storage bin disposed below the first storage bin. A refrigerator may also in another aspect include an externally-accessible ice dispenser having a dispenser recess portion that is removable from the refrigerator when the doors of the refrigerator are closed, e.g., for the purpose of accessing an ice storage bin.

Retracting dishwasher rack system

A retracting rack for an appliance such as a dish washing appliance. The rack may be positionable between a stowed position and a deployed position. A spring may drive the rack towards the stowed position. A locking mechanism may be used to secure the rack in one or more positions. A release mechanism and/or a reset mechanism may be used to control the retracting cycle of the rack.

A household refrigeration appliance includes a thermally insulated body or carcass which delimits a coolable interior, a refrigeration device for cooling the coolable interior space, a drawer which has a front panel, and a display provided on the front panel. The front panel includes a front side pointing away from the coolable interior space, a rear side pointing towards the coolable interior space, a top front edge and a top rear edge. The top region of the front panel includes a first region which has a recessed grip open to the top and which extends between the top front edge and the top rear edge, and a second region which extends next to the first region and in which the display is provided in a depression. The front panel includes a semitransparent cover. A method for producing a household refrigeration appliance is also provided.

The refrigeration compartment includes: a support module, mounted on an inner side wall of the refrigeration compartment, where the support module includes an elastic member; and a motor module, including a motor, a cam, and a connection portion connected to the lid and the cam. The motor drives the cam to generate a first rotation to push the connection portion to move upward, to cause the lid to compress upward the elastic member, so that the lid ascends to a first position. The motor further drives the cam to generate a second rotation to push the connection portion to move downward, to cause the connection portion and the elastic member to push downward the lid, so that the lid descends to a second position.

The lid opens or closes the drawer and includes a protruding portion on an upper surface and a motion member on a side edge of the lid moving in the work slot. A motor module includes a cam and a motor driving the cam in first rotation, to push the protruding portion to drive the motion member to move obliquely upward along the work slot, so the lid ascends to a first position, and driving the cam in second rotation opposite the first to cause the lid to drive the motion member under gravity obliquely downward along the work slot, so the lid descends to a second position lower than the first in automatically adjustment. A method for lid adjustment is also provided.
