Disclosed is a delivery system including an order information transmission step of transmitting customer order information to a manager server, a shipping preparation step of transmitting the order information to a distribution center to prepare for shipping, a delivery preparation step of preparing packaging configured to store a product and an electronic paper display (EPD) configured to display delivery information about the packaging, a delivery-start tagging step of tagging a manager terminal including a second Bluetooth communication system and a second near-field communication system on the packaging including a first Bluetooth communication system and a first near-field communication system using near-field communication to activate the EPD, and a state information transmission step of collecting internal or external state information about the packaging during delivery of the product to transmit the collected state information to a delivery driver terminal including a third Bluetooth communication system and a third near-field communication system.
RECYCLABLE, THERMALLY INSULATED SHIPPING CONTAINER WITH PACKED, LOOSE-FILL ORGANIC INSULATION AND PCM BLADDER INSERT
A recyclable, thermally insulated shipping container is entirely constructed from organic fiber materials in such a manner that the container is curbside recyclable without separation of component materials. The container includes a corrugated cardboard outer box having a bottom wall, a plurality of sidewalls and a top wall, a corrugated cardboard inner liner assembly comprising a corrugated cardboard inner box having a bottom wall and a plurality of sidewalls, and a corrugated cardboard lid assembly. The outer box, inner liner assembly and lid assembly cooperate to create a plurality of thermally insulated cavities which are filled and uniformly packed with predetermined volumes of loose-fill cellulose (organic fiber) insulation to create a predetermined insulating value. The container provides a fully insulated six-sided product cavity to receive a temperature-controlled product. A portion of the product cavity may be filled with a PCM or other thermal media to provide a consistent temperature profile.
SHIPPING SYSTEM FOR STORING AND/OR TRANSPORTING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MATERIALS
Shipping system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials. In one embodiment, the system includes an outer box having four side walls, bottom closure flaps, and top closure flaps. A vacuum insulated panel (VIP) is detachably coupled to one of the top closure flaps and is removably covered by a cover. An insulation unit is removably positioned within the outer box, the insulation unit including a plurality of VIPs arranged to define a cavity bounded by a bottom wall and four side walls. A disposable liner assembly is removably mounted on the insulation unit. The liner assembly includes a first liner piece, a second liner piece, and a liner support. A plurality of temperature-control members and a product box may be removably positioned in a cavity defined by the liner assembly. The temperature-control members snugly fit around all sides of the product box and each include a container containing dry ice.
Refrigerated gel pack divider for keeping beverage bottles cool during beverage box transport
A gel pack kit for keeping beverage bottles cool during transport includes a plurality of gel pack parts. The parts include notches allowing the parts to be attached perpendicular to one another and assembled into a gel pack divider. The divider includes a plurality of bottle cooling areas being the spaces between the adjacent gel packs in the assembled divider structure. A method of utilizing the gel pack divider kit to keep beverage bottles cool during transport includes assembling the gel pack kit to form the gel pack divider and then refrigerating the assembled divider. After purchasing bottled beverages such as multiple bottles of wine in a box, an original cardboard divider provided in the box is removed and replaced with the chilled, assembled gel pack divider. The bottles sit in the bottle cooling areas and the gel pack divider provides a cooling effect during transport in the original box.
Portable cooler
A portable cooler container is provided. The temperature control system cools a chamber of the container to transport temperature sensitive contents via the container. An electronic display screen on one of the lid and the container body selectively displays an electronic shipping label for the portable cooler container.
THERMALLY INSULATED TRANSPORT CONTAINER
A thermally insulated transport container for use with an ice battery, having an internal usable volume for freeze-free cooling of temperature-sensitive products placed therein, the usable volume having an outward usable volume portion, an internal cold storage volume sized to receive the ice battery, the cold storage volume having an inward cold storage volume portion adjacent to the outward usable volume portion to define a common interface of the usable volume and the cold storage volume, a heat-conducting liner extending about the usable volume and having a heat-conducting liner portion located between the outward usable volume portion and the inward cold storage volume portion, and a phase change material (PCM) container positioned adjacent to the heat-conducting liner portion at the common interface and in heat-conducting contact with the heat conduction liner portion, the PCM container sized to contain a phase change material.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR BAG WITH COOLING ELEMENT
A cooling bag according to various aspects of the present technology comprises a main body configured to form an interior receiving section. The main body may comprise front and rear panels and a bottom panel extending between the front and rear panels. At least one of the front, rear or bottom panels comprises a multi-layer structure comprising an external fabric layer; an interior liner; and a plurality of intermediate insulating layers disposed between the external fabric layer and the interior liner. The multi-layer structure may further comprise at least one air gap disposed between at least one intermediate insulating layer. A cooling sleeve may be disposed within the interior receiving section. The cooling sleeve may divide the interior receiving section into a front receiving section and a back receiving section. The cooling sleeve may be configured to receive a cooling element.
Beverage dispenser
Exemplary embodiments include a device that may serve as a drink dispenser for beverage cans. The device may be shaped like a keg. The device may include a portion to contain, cool, and dispense the beverage cans and a portion to contain ice to provide cooling, as well as contain additional beverage containers. The device may include up to five tubes with each tube capable of containing up to four beverage containers in the form of cans. A dispensing mechanism may be located at the lower end of each tube to dispense the beverage cans form the device. The tube structure may provide for cooling of the beverage containers within each tube. The device may be portable and may have a cart that can be used for transportation of the device. The device may be detachable from the cart.
LOW-TEMPERATURE TRANSPORT DEVICE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, AND USE THEREOF
