MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DOUBLE-LAYER CRISPER
The present invention relates to a multi-functional double-layer crisper, comprising a bottom box body, a sandwich box body and a cover body; the edge of the opening end of the bottom box body is protruded outwards to form an annular flange; the edge of the bottom end of the sandwich box body is protruded outwards to form an annular clamp plate which is hermetically abutted with the annular flange; the sandwich box body is internally provided with vertical partition plates, the bottom end face of the sandwich box body is concave inwards to form a containing groove, and an insulation ice box is clamped in the containing groove; the inner part of the cover body is a cavity. The present invention can be used for storing food in layers and zones, and has good effects of cooling and fresh-keeping when used in summer.
Pallet with thermal energy storage
A pallet for shipping goods, the pallet having a rigid member, a phase change material, and a temperature indicator. The rigid member includes a phase change material compartment. A phase change material is disposed in the phase change material compartment. The temperature indicator indicates a thermal state of the pallet.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR STORING AND/OR TRANSPORTING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MATERIALS
Method and system for maintaining temperature-sensitive materials within a desired temperature range for an extended time. In one embodiment, the system includes an outer box having a rectangular cavity. An insulation unit is snugly but removably positioned in the rectangular cavity. The insulation unit includes a support and a thermal insulation member. The support may be a generally rectangular sleeve with four sides, an open bottom and an open top. The thermal insulation may be a bilayer material wrapped around the four sides of the support to form a spiral structure. The bilayer material may include a first sheet of an expanded slit-sheet packaging material and a second sheet of tissue paper. The system may additionally include a bottom insulation member at the bottom of the support, a top insulation member at the top of the support, and a payload and temperature-control members between the top and bottom insulation member.
SHIPPING SYSTEM FOR STORING AND/OR TRANSPORTING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MATERIALS
Method and system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials. In one embodiment, the system is designed to keep a payload within a desired temperature range of +2° C. to +8° C. for an extended time in a warm ambient environment. The system includes a thermally insulated container and first and second phase-change materials, each of the phase-change materials having a different solid/liquid phase-change temperature. Both phase-change materials are preconditioned to a solid state for pack-out. The first phase-change material has a solid/liquid phase-change temperature that is within the desired temperature range and that is at or below a hibernation temperature of about +5° C. to +6° C. The second phase-change material has a solid/liquid phase-change temperature that is above the hibernation temperature. When placed in the warm ambient environment, both phase-change materials move towards melting; however, when subsequently placed in hibernation, the second phase-change material reverses the direction of its phase change, becoming recharged.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING COOLER
Disclosed is a beverage dispensing cooler. The beverage dispensing cooler includes a first lid, a second lid, a body, an axle, a handle and multiple hoses. The body includes a chamber, a panel, a base valve, a wall drain, a primary hose, a flow control unit, a power unit and a dispenser gun. The chamber includes multiple cylinders, multiple pressure compartments and a basin configured to collect water from condensation and melted ice. The axle further includes multiple wheels, a rod and multiple bearings connected to the rod and to the multiple wheels. The handle is configured to facilitate engagement of the beverage dispensing cooler with a hand of a user.
BEVERAGE CONTAINERS, HEAT TRANSFER PAD, AND RELATED SYSTEM AND METHODS
A beverage container includes a base, a stem, and a bowl. The base has a base lateral dimension parallel to the horizontal supporting plane. The stem extends upwardly from a stem lower end coupled to the base to a stem upper end. The stem has a heat pipe extending between the stem lower end and the stem upper end. The stem has a stem lateral dimension smaller than the base lateral dimension. The bowl is coupled to the stem upper end and extends upwardly of the stem. The bowl defines a liquid chamber having an upper opening. Other beverage containers, systems, methods, and heat transfer pads are also disclosed.
SHIPPING CONTAINER WITH MULTIPLE TEMPERATURE ZONES
Delivering items to users by a delivery organization comprises a recyclable delivery container suitable to hold multiple items at different temperatures for the duration of the delivery. The delivery container may be a cube or a rectangular prism constructed of an insulating material. The delivery organization may position panels in the delivery container to separate two or three compartments of the delivery container, each compartment to be cooled to a different temperature than the others. The panels are constructed of an insulating material created by recyclable layers of cardboard and plastic. The delivery organization determines an appropriate coolant to cool all three compartments based on heat transfer requirements of the compartments and positions the coolant in the bottom of the first compartment. The items are placed in the appropriate compartments of the delivery container. Vents can be provided to relieve pressure created by the coolant.
CONTAINER WITH PASSIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS
Delivering items to users by a delivery organization comprises a delivery container suitable to deliver items that require storage at a specific temperature range for the duration of the delivery. The delivery container may be a cube or a rectangular prism constructed of an insulating material. The delivery organization may position a panel in the delivery container to separate a chilled compartment from a compartment with a coolant. The panel between the compartments includes a pressure relief valve that opens when the pressure difference between the compartments reaches a set point. The open valve allows the chilled compartment to exchange air with the compartment with the coolant until the drop in the pressure difference allows the valve to close. The temperature in the chilled compartment is maintained in the desired range by the opening and closing of the valve.
Thermal bag for foods and the like
The thermal bag (2) is made of thermally insulating composite material folded to form a bottom and welded along lateral borders (3) to form a body (1) of the bag with a mouth (5) at the level of which a handle (7A, 7B) is applied. The composite material defines a bottom folded in an accordion-like fashion opposite the mouth of the bag, and a laminar stiffening element (15) of the accordion-like bottom is disposed inside the bag.
