A light source module including a light source substrate and an ultraviolet (UV) light source is disposed on a first surface of the light source substrate, wherein the light source module is configured to emit light toward the photocatalyst bar. An external guide protrudes outward around an outer periphery of the housing.

A photocatalyst sterilization device includes a housing, wherein the housing includes a first receiving chamber and a second receiving chamber that are in communication with each other, the first receiving chamber receives a photocatalyst layer and a light source assembly configured to irradiate the photocatalyst layer, the second receiving chamber receives an axial-flow fan; and an air inlet and an air outlet are defined in the same surface of the housing, one of the air inlet and the air outlet is corresponded to the first receiving chamber in position, the other one of the air inlet and the air outlet is corresponded to the second receiving chamber in position, and a direction in which the axial-flow fan suctions air via the air inlet is parallel to a direction of irradiation of the light source assembly.

The present invention relates to a refrigerator comprising on or more cooler or freezer compartments in which food products are placed, a door enabling access to the compartment, and an odor removal device enabling cleaning the air emanating from the food products to the environment in the compartment and forming odor comprising: an UV light source provided in a housing, a fan, a photocatalytic filter and a plurality of openings provided on the housing, enabling passing the air received from interior of the compartment and delivered into the compartment by the fan, and a control unit operating the odor removal device in subsequent on-off periods according to a predetermined algorithm.

An air purification module comprises a housing having an interior space provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and an axial type blowing fan, mounted in the housing, for moving air from the air inlet to the air outlet. The air purification module further includes an air purifying unit, provided on a flow path of the air, for purifying the air and a guide for reducing the flow rate of the air between the blowing fan and the air purifying unit. The air purifying unit includes a filter provided between the blowing fan and the air outlet and a light source unit for providing light to the filter.

A merchandiser for storing a product for purchase by a customer is provided. The merchandiser includes: a housing that defines a cavity for storing the product; and a controller for facilitating a transaction for the product at the merchandiser. The controller includes one or more processors coupled to one or more memory devices. The one or more memory devices have instructions stored therein that are executable by the one or more processors to cause the controller to: receive an input to initiate the transaction for the product; unlock a door of the merchandiser to enable a removal of the product based on receiving the input; initiate a timer that defines an unlock time duration for the door; override the unlock time duration based on a received input; lock the door of the merchandiser based on the override; and charge the customer for the product of the transaction.

The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator including: a cabinet that has a storage space formed therein; a grill pan that defines a rear wall surface of the storage space; a purification device that is mounted on the grill pan to suck and purify air within the storage space; and a duct unit in which a cold air passage that is formed on a rear side of the grill pan to guide cold air of an evaporator to the storage space and a purification passage that guides the air purified by the purification device to the storage space again.
