ICE MAKER COMPRISING SPECIFIC COOLING OF A STORAGE CONTAINER AND HOUSEHOLD COOLING APPLIANCE
An ice maker for mounting into a household cooling appliance, the ice maker includes an ice producer for producing ice; a storage container for storing ice; a driving unit for driving the storage container, the driving unit having a drive housing; and an air duct formed in the drive housing. The air duct has an air duct outlet configured in a front wall of the drive housing which faces towards the storage container and an air duct inlet provided in a side wall of the drive housing which faces towards the ice producer. A fan is arranged in the air duct. The fan generates an air stream from the ice producer to the storage container through the air duct.
Freezing refrigerator
A freezing refrigerator heats an entrance side pipe of evaporator, which is difficult to heat in the related art, with the condensation latent heat of refrigerant that builds up in a lower portion of evaporator in a liquid state while being vaporized with the heat of defrosting heater so as to warm the outlet pipe by a second thermal coupling part thermally coupling an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of evaporator, whereby temperature variation of the entire evaporator in a defrosting operation can be suppressed, and the power consumption of defrosting heater can be reduced.
SINGLE AIR PASSAGEWAY AND DAMPER ASSEMBLY IN A VARIABLE CLIMATE ZONE COMPARTMENT
A refrigeration appliance including a partition that defines a through passage between an upper compartment and a lower compartment. A temperature control system is positioned in the upper compartment and includes an air passage. A lower inlet opening extends through a front surface of the vertical partition to the air passage. A damper assembly includes a door that is moveable between a first position and a second position. When the door is in the first position the door fluidly isolates the through passage in the partition from the upper compartment while allowing the lower inlet opening in the vertical partition to fluidly communicate with the air passage in the vertical partition. When the door is in the second position the door fluidly isolates the lower inlet opening from the air passage while allowing the through passage to fluidly communicate with the upper compartment.
PROPELLER FAN, AIR-SENDING DEVICE, AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
A propeller fan according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a shaft provided a rotation axis of the propeller fan, and a blade provided on an outer peripheral side of the shaft. The blade has a trailing edge on a rear side of the blade in a rotation direction of the propeller fan. The trailing edge includes a first trailing edge located on an innermost side of the trailing edge, and a second trailing edge adjacent to and outward of the first trailing edge. Where an innermost point of the first trailing edge is a first connection point, a connection point between the first trailing edge and the second trailing edge is a second connection point, and a straight line that extends through the rotation axis and the first connection point is a reference line, the second connection point is located forward of the reference line in the rotation direction, or located on the reference line, and the second trailing edge is located rearward of the second connection point in the rotation direction.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes a first storage chamber, a second storage chamber, and a heat exchange chamber therebetween. At least one first inlet is configured to introduce cold air from the first storage chamber into the heat exchange chamber, and at least one second inlet is configured to introduce cold air from the second storage chamber into the heat exchange chamber. The first and second inlets are provided at sides of the refrigerator.
DEODORIZING APPARATUS COMPRISING SUCTION FAN, AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDING THE SAME
A deodorizing apparatus including: a base, in which a suction port and a discharge port are disposed; a cover coupled to the base; a suction fan fixed to the base so as to suction air through the suction port; a first fixing member disposed between the suction port and the discharge port so as to support a filter; a light emitting module including a light emitting diode; and a second fixing member for supporting the light emitting module. The first fixing member includes a first body part for spacing the filter apart from the base.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a cabinet that defines a first storage compartment and an opening at a front side of the first storage compartment, an inner door that is configured to open and close at least a portion of the first storage compartment and that defines a second storage compartment configured to store one or more items, an outer door configured to open and close at least a portion of the second storage compartment, a cold air supply unit configured to supply cold air to each of the first storage compartment and the second storage compartment, and a cold air duct located in the first storage compartment and configured to, based on the inner door being oriented in an open position or a closed position, selectively communicate with the cold air supply unit and the second storage compartment.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a cabinet, an evaporator, an evaporator cover module defining an evaporator cover module, a cold air supply module configured to communicate with an upper end of the evaporator cover module, the cold air supply module including a discharge port, and a blower fan. The cold air supply module includes a lower passage configured to communicate with the evaporator cover module, and an upper passage configured to communicate with the discharge port. The cold air supply module defines a communication hole at a position where the upper passage and the lower passage overlap each other, and the blower fan is located at the communication hole to cause suction of cold air from the heat-exchange space and discharge of cold air to the discharge port.
Vibration isolating mounting of fan
A fan assembly for isolating the vibration of a fan within an appliance is provided herein. The fan assembly may include an elastomeric band between the fan and a mount for an air distribution channel, preventing contact between the components and the accompanying direct translation of the fan's vibration. The elastomeric band may include first and second slots which accommodate retaining members or other elements of the fan and the mount, the slots being separated from one another so as to prevent contact of the fan and mount.
BRANCHED AIR SUPPLY DEVICE AND REFRIGERATOR
A branched air supply device includes: a shell having a peripheral wall portion, with the peripheral wall portion being provided with a plurality of air supply ports; a plurality of baffles, with each of the baffles being rotatably mounted at one of the air supply ports; a plurality of transmission assemblies, with each of the transmission assemblies being provided with a rotating member and a first transmission mechanism, and each of the first transmission mechanisms being configured to transmit a rotational motion of a corresponding rotating member to one of the baffles, so that the baffle is at rest or rotates; and a driving device having a driving source and a second transmission mechanism, with the second transmission mechanism being configured to transmit one motion, output by the driving source, to the plurality of rotating members, so that each of the rotating members is at rest or rotates.
