RAW MATERIAL GAS LIQUEFYING DEVICE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THIS RAW MATERIAL GAS LIQUEFYING DEVICE
A raw material gas liquefying device includes a feed line; a refrigerant circulation line; and a controller. In a refrigerant liquefaction route, a refrigerant flows through a compressor, a heat exchanger, a circulation system JT valve, a liquefied refrigerant storage tank, and the heat exchanger, and returns to the compressor. In a cryogenic energy generation route, the refrigerant flows through the compressor, the heat exchanger, an expansion unit, and the heat exchanger, and returns to the compressor. The controller determines if a refrigerant storage tank liquid level is within an allowable range, manipulates a feed system JT valve opening rate to control refrigerant temperature at the high-temperature-side refrigerant flow path exit side of the heat exchanger, and manipulates the opening rate of the feed system JT valve to control the refrigerant storage tank liquid level so that the refrigerant storage tank liquid level falls into the predetermined allowable range.
Method of operating natural gas liquefaction facility
A method for controlling the flow of natural gas and refrigerant in the main heat exchanger of a natural gas liquefaction facility. The method provides for the automated control of a flow rate of a natural gas feed stream through a heat exchanger based on one or more process variables and set points. The flow rate of refrigerant streams through the heat exchanger is controlled by different process variables and set points, and is controlled independently of the flow rate of the natural gas feed stream.

GAS TREATMENT SYSTEM AND VESSEL INCLUDING THE SAME
A gas processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a heater which is configured to increase a temperature of liquefied gas compulsorily vaporized by a forcing vaporizer before the liquefied gas is joined with Boil Off Gas (BOG) compressed by a BOG compressor.
Systems and Methods for LNG Refrigeration and Liquefaction
A LNG liquefaction plant system includes concurrent power production, wherein the refrigeration content of the refrigerant or SMR is used to liquefy and sub-cool a natural gas stream in a cold box or cryogenic exchanger. For concurrent power production, the system uses waste heat from refrigerant compression to vaporize and superheat a waste heat working fluid that in turn drives a compressor for refrigerant compression. The refrigerant may be an external SMR or an internal LNG refrigerant working fluid expanded and compressed by a twin compander arrangement.
FLUID COOLING APPARATUS
A fluid cooling apparatus capable of improving liquefaction efficiency of a fluid by appropriately cooling the fluid in various temperature ranges through a simple process. The fluid cooling apparatus includes an expansion unit including a plurality of expanders, which receive refrigerants through a plurality of paths to expand the refrigerants and discharge the expanded refrigerants having different temperatures, a heat exchanger receiving the refrigerants having different temperatures from the expansion unit to cool the fluid in multistages, a precompression unit including a plurality of precompressors, which receive the refrigerants passing through the heat exchanger to compress the refrigerants and discharge the compressed refrigerants at the same pressure, a mixing tube configured to mix the refrigerants discharged from the precompression unit to supply the mixed refrigerant, and a main compression unit connected to the mixing tube to compress the mixed refrigerant and supply the compressed refrigerant to the expansion unit.
