METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING SAND CORES
20210069774 · 2021-03-11 ·

Method and installation for making sand cores. The method includes a generating step which is implemented in a first station of the installation, in which the cores are generated with the desired shape in an inner space demarcated by a job box by means of 3D manufacturing, in which layers of a granular material and of an additive that solidifies the granular material are applied in an alternating manner on a platform of the job box. The method also includes a subsequent hardening step which is implemented in a second station of the installation, in which the cores generated in the generating step are hardened. In the hardening step, in order to harden the previously generated cores microwaves and a drying stream are applied in the inner space of the job box.

Method for Reducing the Amount of Ambient Radio Frequency Electromagnetic and Pulsating Magnetic Fields, Method for Drying Wet Walls, and Using the Device for Drying Wet Walls
20210048246 · 2021-02-18 ·

In a method for reducing the amount of ambient radio frequency electromagnetic and pulsating magnetic fields (electrosmog), resonance circuit units placed in a predetermined environment are energized by radio frequency electromagnetic and pulsating magnetic field energy transmitted to the resonance circuits by an electromagnetically connected antenna, at least a portion of energy is consumed as resonance circuit loss, reducing the amount of the ambient fields.

An apparatus implementing the method comprises passive resonance circuits formed by an antenna comprising logarithmic spiral coils with identical or different pitches and passive resonance circuits formed by opposite logarithmic spiral coil panels, the resonance circuits are connected to each other and to the antenna by electrically conductive spacers, a shielding metal plate connected to ground potential is arranged adjacent to the antenna, latter is coaxial with the resonance circuit panels, which are also connected to each other via a supply line.

FREEZE VACUUM DRYING APPARATUS AND FREEZE VACUUM DRYING METHOD

A freeze vacuum drying apparatus includes: a spraying unit; a pipe unit; a heating unit; and a collection unit. The spraying unit sprays a raw material liquid into a vacuum chamber. The pipe unit has a non-linear shape, includes a first opening end and a second opening end, and traps frozen particles via the first opening end, the frozen particles being formed by self-freezing of liquid droplets formed by spraying the raw material liquid into the vacuum chamber. The heating unit heats the frozen particles in the pipe unit for sublimation drying, the frozen particles moving in the pipe unit from the first opening end toward the second opening end by kinetic energy produced during spraying. The collection unit collects dried particles that are formed by sublimation drying of the frozen particles in the pipe unit and released from the second opening end of the pipe unit.
