Dryer for a textile web, with improved hot-air supply
10234197 · 2019-03-19 · ·

A dryer for a textile web includes a drying chamber having at least one air-permeable drum arranged in the drying chamber to rotate, wherein the drum includes an end face constituting an axially arranged suction side, the textile web is wrapable at least partially around the drum and heated drying air is flowable through the textile web. A hot gas source provides heated gas. A ventilator forms a suction draft via the suction side of the drum with drying air from inside of the drum and drying air that recirculates back into the drying chamber. At least one hot gas feeding ring encloses the suction draft and is configured to permit the hot gas from the hot gas source to flow essentially completely into the suction draft.

Drying Apparatus, Electrode Plate Manufacturing Device, and Electrode Plate Drying Method

A drying apparatus for drying a material belt includes at least one material-belt turning mechanism, used for changing a travel direction of the material belt, and including a first passing roller, a turning roller, and a second passing roller sequentially arranged in the travel direction of the material belt. The turning roller is configured to move in a first direction relative to the first passing roller and the second passing roller to adjust a wrap angle of the material belt on the turning roller, the first direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the turning roller.

Electrode Sheet Drying Apparatus, Electrode Sheet Manufacturing System Comprising Same, and Electrode Sheet Drying Method

An electrode sheet drying equipment, an electrode sheet manufacturing system including the same, and an electrode sheet drying method including an air-floating roller disposed downstream of a drying oven, and the air-floating roller is configured to spray hot air through multiple air spraying holes formed on the outer circumferential surface. Accordingly, the electrode sheet discharged from the drying oven in a partially undried state can be additionally dried, thereby preventing contamination of a transfer roller and/or equipment of the subsequent process.

Device and method for thermal bonding of a textile web

The invention relates to a device and a method for the bonding of a textile web, whereby the textile web is guided over an idler drum into a bonding plant, led around a through-air drum and over a cooling drum and then led out again, whereby heated fresh air flows through the web and the through-air drum and the exhaust air is extracted from the bonding plant. According to the invention, it is intended that cooling air is directed onto the web ahead of the detachment point of the web from the through-air drum onto the web.
