A CONTINUOUS PROCESS BASED RADIANT HEAT DRYER SYSTEM
A drying system (100) for agricultural produce (5) is disclosed, comprising heat emitting sources (3), placed over a continuous moving grain bed with uniform thickness and with a consistent PEG, so that the heat imparted are uniform over the agricultural produce (5) at any given passage point. The system (100) comprises conveyor belts (9), having passes (10) and each pass (10) is adapted to transit the agricultural produce. Heat emitting sources (3) are placed above each pass (10) of the conveyor belt (9), and the heat emitting source (3) is adapted to radiate heat onto the agricultural produce. The heat emitting sources (3) are strategically placed at uniform height over a flowing bed of agricultural produce (5) with controlled thickness to have a preset Produce to Emitter Gap (PEG), and are charged in controlled way to emit pre-determined intensity of radiation or pre-determined temperature setting to be imparted on the agricultural produce (5).
A 2-PASS CONVEYOR SYSTEM WITH TILTABLE TRAYS
The present disclosure relates to a conveyor system (100) that provides a rigid flatbed which forms a continuous bed surface comprising tilt-able segmental trays (2) for two-pass capability. The conveyor system (100) is capable of utilizing the upper and lower run of the conveyor simultaneously for transportation of the material thereby reducing the area of the equipment of which the conveyor forms a part of. And the conveyor is rigid enough to support simultaneous processing of the produce it carries like drying, heating etc.
Sludge drying apparatus
A sludge drying apparatus includes a waste fluid bath for storing a waste fluid containing a sludge, an extracting unit for extracting the sludge from the waste fluid stored in the waste fluid bath, a transfer belt for transferring the sludge extracted by the extracting unit, a drying unit for drying the sludge to be transferred by the transfer belt, and a recovering unit for recovering the sludge transferred by the transfer belt and dried by the drying unit. The recovering unit includes a roll brush provided adjacent to the air outlet so as to horizontally extend in the direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the transfer belt, and a recovery box for recovering the sludge separated from the transfer belt by the roll brush.
POULTRY MANAGEMENT DEVICE HAVING A DRYING DEVICE
A poultry management device comprises a living area for the poultry, a collection device having a collection face for poultry droppings, the collection device being disposed below the living area, and a drying device configured for drying the poultry droppings on the collection device. The drying device comprises a fan element which is mounted so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis which is aligned at an angle of 45 to 90 in relation to the collection face.
INTERMITTENT INFRARED DRYING FOR BREWERY-SPENT GRAIN
The system for processing brewery spent grains (BSG) includes a specific intermittent infrared (IR) heating and stirring protocol designed to produce a unique dried BSG product that can be used whole or ground up and used as a quality flour suitable for human consumption.
PROCESS AND UNIT FOR HARVESTING AND PROCESSING WATER HYACINTHS
Method for harvesting and processing water hyacinths, characterized in that the following steps are performed: a) the water hyacinths growing in an aquatic medium are cut; b) the water hyacinths are collected on board a barge at berth (1); c) the collected water hyacinths are transferred onto draining racks (2) near the quayside; d) the drained hyacinths are washed with clean water; e) the washed water hyacinths are drained on vibrating belts (7) in order to remove some of the excess water; f) the water hyacinths are dried on a dryer (8) at a temperature of between 50 and 100 C. for 5 to 17 h; g) the water hyacinths and their seeds are steam-sterilised at a temperature of between 80 and 100 C. in order to sterilise them; h) the sterilised water hyacinths and seeds are ground in order to make profitable use thereof.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DRYING WOOD ITEMS FOR THE AGRICULTURE-FOODSTUFFS INDUSTRY
A system for drying wood items for the agriculture-foodstuffs industry ensuring effective and economical tracking of the items produced comprises at least three conveyors arranged in such a manner as to constitute a closed circuit of conveyors to provide cyclic circulation of items disposed on these conveyors, at least two of the conveyors being inclined in such a manner that, in use, the items drop from one conveyor onto another, an exit conveyor that can be activated in a selective manner at a downstream end of one of the conveyors of the closed circuit in such a manner as to allow, when it is activated, the items to exit from the closed circuit, a plurality of vibrators adapted to cause the conveyors to vibrate, and heating means above the conveyors to dry the items deposited on the conveyors.
FLUID REMOVAL SYSTEM
A fluid removal system for removing fluid from a product stream is described herein. The fluid removal system comprises a table, a permeable conveyor to transport the product stream across a top surface of the table and a plenum disposed below the permeable conveyor to draw the fluid from the product stream through the permeable conveyor. At least one vibration inducing mechanism is mounted to the table to provide vibratory motion directly to the table and indirectly to the conveyor. The table is supported by oscillating mounts that provide oscillatory motion to the table.
INCUBATOR FOR THE TRANSPORT OF HIGH-RISK INFANTS
A transport incubator comprising a support structure comprising a base, provided with at least one first guide, a housing structure, coupled with said supporting structure, comprising a first portion having at least one first side panel slidably coupled with said first guide of said base, and a second portion, laterally delimited by at least one first side wall, on which at least said first panel of said first portion slides.
